  1. I keep waiting for the “Mandela effect” to happen where everybody is like “Whaddyou mean, Norwood nailed that kick and the Bills won 4 SuperBowls in a row, are you feeling ok?”… With my luck, I’d skip that timeline all together and just end up with “Wide Left” instead.
  2. I don’t have a problem with the play, it was more there was no disguise, the Ravens knew exactly what was coming, and the shotgun snap gave them enough time to penetrate the line and hold Josh up. If they wanted to run that play, I personally would’ve had Josh line up for the tush push, and then when the Ravens set their defense, have Josh “audible” into the gun, and then run the play, bc atleast you’re now sowing the seed of doubt into the Ravens D that this may not just be 17 up the middle after all… or even better, go RPO from the two. I’d like to see more RPO in general with the short passing game being utilized so much anyway.
  3. Don’t agree. The record is obviously much better, but how they got there is much like the Vikings 13 win season under Kirk Cousins, just all of the 50/50 situations and even worse (blocking Denver’s FG to win comes to mind) happen to bounce the Chiefs way… and when they didn’t the refs were usually there to right the ship. But offensively, this Chiefs team has regressed majorly from where they were 2 years ago. Their run game is virtually non existent, Pacheco hasn’t been right all season, constantly battling injury, and Hunt is OK at best. Mahomes put his best WR on IR, the rest of the group hasn’t really had a chance to gel. Worthy makes some plays here and there, but Hopkins and Hollywood combined for 0 in the statistical columns against Houston. This is not the same big bad wolf as in years past, this is a great defensive team carrying a mediocre offense at this point. The Bills are much more well balanced, and both their PPG and point differential are a testament to this fact. There is no such thing as a sure thing, this is still KC in Arrowhead for the right to go to the Super Bowl, but I like our odds much more so this year than in season’s past, especially last year in Buffalo, if for nothing else than the simple fact that the Bills have linebackers this year, and damn good ones at that…
  4. I get that, I’m just saying I think that the ultra conservative pass game made it feel like they were passing even less than they actually were. However, at times it also felt like watching somebody do the speed limit in their Lamborghini… I am fine with the approach because more often than not it’s resulted in W’s under Brady, but sometimes it feels you’re setting yourself up for disaster trying to constantly string together 12-15 plays drives because it increases the likelihood of incurring a drive killing penalty. I think to beat KC, in KC we’re going to need some explosive, big plays mixed in there, otherwise you’re leaving too much up to the discretion of the zebras.
  5. I think the problem is the overwhelming majority of the throws were like 5-8 yards at most in the second half. I’m not sure if this was intentional play design to beat pressure, playing safe ball security football, or the Ravens playing defense in a way that limited the pass game and thus made it more advantageous to call a run heavy offense, likely a combination of those factors. But yeah, I think it’s the lack of any big explosive pass plays made it feel like they weren’t passing the ball even though it was a pretty balanced approach, and to be fair, the run game was working more than it wasn’t against the toughest front in the league. Brady just seemed to fail to realize when it stopped being as effective and took longer to adjust than I would’ve liked personally, but we all got what’s most important - Big Dubs, on to KC. Geaux Bills.
  6. Huge difference between Josh doing everything by himself, and coming out of halftime with a chance to step on their throat and instead just running straight at the best run defense in the league when you have the best player, ever, under center… I do think controlling the time of possession, and trying to keep Lamar cold on the sideline was part of the gameplan, however, there was no reason to let Baltimore claw their way back into the game.
  7. Obviously you’d prefer to face the rookie QB in the Super Bowl and not the team that was just terrible officiating away from winning it all just two years ago. However, I’m almost certain Philly wins this one, I can’t see Washington going into their house and beating them again, this isn’t Detroits make shift defense of backups backups they are dealing with in the conference title game.
  8. The PI on Tre was a makeup call, so it’s a wash… But the point stands that there is no excuse to get game changing calls like this so blatantly wrong in the first place, especially when they are able to reverse other calls in real time with the “eye in the sky” without issue…
  9. Why was he in the gun though? Why not just scrum forward for two yards?
  10. I swear to God if this comes down to another long Tyler Bass field goal…
  11. Why didn’t Josh use his legs at all the entire 3rd???
  12. He’s the common denominator in every other post season disaster, no? Im sure he didn’t drill it into Brady’s head to go out there and just not make mistakes, thus playing ultra conservative ***** ball
  13. They just decided to come out and collectively 💩 the bed… idk what I’m even seeing. Just a collapse on both sides of the ball. If they blow this MiDermott better just show himself the ***** door.
  14. Brady calling an absolute 💩 second half… playing way too close to the vest. You got the best player in football under center, act like it…
  15. Well the fix is in… idk why I even bother watching when the league clearly has an anti buffalo agenda.
  16. Milano spied about as poorly as one could. He over pursued, broke the contain and allowed a huge lane for Lamar to just take off. Between that and zero pressure, it’s hard to see this one playing out well…
  17. I’m telling my defenders anytime they get near Mahomes to just annihilate him, plain and simple. He gets cute by trying to draw flags, make him earn those yards... I mean, it’s a given fact every close game the Chiefs have played this year, the refs ARE going to extend their drives regardless of what you do. Where’s the incentive to just not pummel Mahomes at that point? The flags are coming no matter what, might as well tee off…
  18. What’s crazy is how in the post season, the Chiefs commit almost zero penalties themselves, ever…
  19. Well there is no going around them, so much like the Ravens, they have little other choice but to go through them… it’s surprising the Texans even kept it a game this long, as Stroud is basically Jameis Winston 2.0 back there. All the arm talent in the world, but between the ears?
  20. Yeah but all QBs with half a brain left in their head know to do this on 3rd and long with nothing available, it’s not exactly rocket science… that’s different than just constantly being gifted drive sustaining, game altering calls on a routine basis.
  21. NFL arrogantly thinks they are too big to fail at this point. Keep force feeding perrneial superbowl teams down our throats and watch what happens. I’ve personally barely watched this game and it’s played out EXACTLY as I would’ve guessed. Chiefs offense isn’t good enough to pull away from anybody, Refs make sure they sustain drives, and the defense keeps the games close…it’s literally been the script the entire season for anybody who dares to try and stomach 3 hours of a Chiefs game…
  22. Chiefs are trash, I want them next round to prove they aren’t half as good as their record shows.
  23. Chiefs about to win yet another low scoring defensive game, only for everybody to circle jerk about how great Mahomes is afterwards, despite the fact that you put any halfway decent QB on this garbage offense this year, and they are still 15-2 because the defense has bailed them out routinely…
