  1. The Carr to Adams connection should be dominant, like Allen to Diggs, except Carr stinks.
  2. Beane really has terrible luck with aging/veteran players. There’s just so many examples.
  3. This stinks, and I wish him a speedy recovery. Miller’s production can never be replaced, but if just one of our endless list of highly drafted D line guys could be consistent, it’d go a long way towards helping a Super Bowl run.
  4. Bucs might have the most boring offense in the league, it’s really bad. Godwin is really overrated too.
  5. I don’t know if the Deion gimmick is going to work as well in a power five conference. I think Deion coaching at a small HBCU school had a special allure, and he marketed it as an altruistic endeavor. If he starts out slowly, he’s not going to be able to promise recruits the moon, and his shtick will grow old real fast.
  6. Thanks, I was curious because some Niners fans on social media have weird conspiracy theories that he’ll come off IR to play if needed. I didn’t know if there was more to the story.
  7. What happened to Trey Lance? I know he was injured, but is he out for the season?
  8. I hope K State holds on. TCU doesn’t look like a team I want to watch in the CFP.
  9. Josh’s running is crucial to our success, and I don’t think we can afford to eliminate that part of his game this season. I do agree that we need to build a team and game plan in the near future that doesn’t rely so heavily on Allen’s running. I think people are looking at the risks in the wrong way. We keep hearing how easy it is to get injured in the pocket, and all the ways season ending injuries occur. I’m not concerned about season ending injuries as much as cumulative damage over years. Cumulative damage is exactly what shortens running back careers. That type of damage doesn’t necessary result in diagnosable injury, but rather wear and tear that reduces a players effectiveness.
  10. Great play, good job of Davis redeeming himself.
  11. A touchdown would be huge here. I don’t see Mac and cheese coming back.
  12. It’s amazing that Diggs is able to get open so often when everyone knows where the ball is going. He really isn’t given enough credit for his dominance. It reminds me of some of the all time greats in their prime.
  13. Josh hurdling in the middle of the field 😱
  14. This game is so typical. Josh against everyone. Awesome to see Cook contribute.
  15. I can’t believe people still believe in Knox.
  16. Short passes to Cook and Hines might be a good idea tonight.
  17. Belichick is going run heavy tonight imo.
  18. I hope Dorsey recognizes the O line issues tonight and adjusts his play calling accordingly.
  19. I don’t care about the Covid stuff. It was a unique moment for the entire planet, and people are entitled to options. The issue with Bease is that it extends past that topic. He has a lot to say, between his Twitter account, and inability to filter himself, the possibility for controversy is always there. I don’t think any NFL team would want him at this point. The possibility for major distractions, and needing to release him to save face is always there. A 30 something slot receiver isn’t worth it.
  20. I don’t disagree, but I see the O line as the biggest issue, not necessary the skill positions. We could be better, but there isn’t a lot of depth in the modern NFL. Who are these teams with unequivocally more talent at skill positions. I ask as a serious thought to ponder. Maybe it’s just the phrasing that I struggle with. I think we have the talent, but not the consistency. Davis and Knox need to produce more consistently. Teams with lesser talent but more consistent WR2’s and TE’s do have an advantage.
