Seems like I’m still seeing a lot of Bengals gear in the crowd. They didn’t “take over”, but there’s a lot of Bengals fans imo.

Maybe if the players aren’t hearing whistles, the refs needs to exert some energy and jump in the play. They’re going to get someone hurt.

This game is annoying, because this is exactly how the Titans win games. They look mostly terrible, but hang in there long enough to make a few key plays.

This game doesn’t resemble high level playoff football, whatsoever. I’ll be able to get some work done before the late game if this keeps up.

Burrow is phenomenal, but he’s no Josh Allen in his escape ability.

Probably, but it was loud. I just don’t remember seeing things like that when the refs were competent, or even in college ball. You’d see the official run into the action to stop the play. Maybe they couldn’t do anything, it was just interesting that Burrow even took the time to run from pressure before taking the sack, yet no one could stop the play.

How do they not stop the play before the sack on the delay of game?

Exactly, and I’m going to make a bold prediction. Wilson is a bust. Allen and the Bills are in real nice spot with the AFC East right now.

Yeah, terrible officiating. I’ve also learned tonight that both teams have no class.

ESPN is obsessed with showing celebs in attendance. We get it, LA is unbelievably hip and cool.

I’m surprised more ugly on field incidents don’t occur when you see officials have no control of the game.

I agree, except I could make an argument that Murray will never have a good coach, because he’ll get them all fired 😆

I also thought Kingsbury was supposed to be an offensive guru. He was the young guy with fresh new ideas, but I sure haven’t seen it. McVay was a young coach who proved he had a system that works. Kingsbury never showed anything special.

I do agree, but maybe I’m just old school. There’s something about forcing yourself into a better situation when things don’t go your way. Beckham wasn’t utilized well in Cleveland, but sometimes that’s life. Instead he makes sure he escapes this year, straight onto a contender. Diggs showed up to play every game in Minnesota under Stefanski, while still managing respectable numbers. Beckham shut down, and that’s hard to respect imo.

I don’t like rooting for a guy to fail, but OBJ in LA is almost as gross as AB in Tampa. He sulked his way out of Cleveland straight onto a contender. Tough to root for someone like that.

Derek Carr is the biggest thing holding the Raiders back. I don’t see how firing people fixes that. They’ll always be able to sneak into the playoffs with Carr, but will never be real contenders. He’s good enough to win, but not championship caliber. It’s a tough spot to be in, because the QB position could also be far worse.

The Steelers have always been painful to watch. Something about their style of play always bored me. It’s reached epic proportions with Roethlisberger’s huge decline

I’m willing to bet Jerry’s already set to fire McCarthy. Here’s what I don’t understand, what did he think he was getting with Mike McCarthy? This game is exactly what I’d expect.

Watching the Cowboys lose a playoff game is sweet. The 49ers make me so nervous because they’re always a Jimmy G mistake away from losing momentum.

That’s fair, I forget it’s his rookie season. It seems like Lance taking over the starting role has been discussed forever. I will make the argument that KC had a different situation. Alex Smith was never going to win a title, but he was a serviceable QB. Jimmy G looks like someone who is regressing. He’s been awful everytime I watch the 49ers. There’s no way I’d have the patience for the Mahomes treatment if I had to watch him every week. Kudos to the 49ers coaches if this is a case of them sticking to a plan.

49er’s would be unstoppable with a QB. Garoppolo is tough to watch. It’s a bummer for them the Lance pick must be a bust.
