I also tend to believe if an ultimatum is given over a single issue, it’s likely a relationship has other problems. The whole football thing just makes a great story, and is probably part of a bigger picture. It really doesn’t make much sense. Brady was never going to be the “typical” family man, and he’s already missed out on a lot. The sacrifice was made long ago.

Good question, but Brady has thrown so many passes in the dirt this season, I’m starting to think it’s not always intentional. I assumed they were intentional throw aways early in the season, but I’m not convinced anymore.

Evans has been awful for allegedly being such a good receiver. He’s had big numbers in the past, and was once elite on contested balls, but he doesn’t play smart football.

The “elite” Bucs receivers are incredibly overrated, and Brady makes some terrible throws these days.

The Ravens should have parted ways with Roman the past offseason. Make Jackson sink or swim in a new offense, and offer him a nice contract if he succeeds. Roman’s offense is stale, and it isn’t helping Jackson be successful anymore.

It seems like the Ravens offense has reduced much of the read options plays and called Lamar runs. They need that element to be successful. You can only throw to Andrews so many times.

And are we really worried about Baltimore? If we can’t get past them, we aren’t going far. Regardless of what happens tonight, the Ravens don’t look like a great team.

I see people are still bitter about the “little jobs” stuff. I get it, but at this point who cares? Things worked out quite well for this franchise. We’re in a great place, and the guy tried to stay something nice. There’d be outrage if he said something nasty about Buffalo. It’s probably good it didn’t work out, it led us to where we are today. We’ve moved on to a better place, this type of bitterness seemed more appropriate when the franchise was a mess.

They might be able to construct them in a way that’s hard to climb. Most Buffalo drunks aren’t the most physically fit agile folks.

That’s where I am. I’m not going to be too negative about it, but what we’ve seen isn’t anything special to me. I’ll be impressed with a wide concourse, better concessions, and bathrooms. That’s what will make the new stadium appeal to me at this point.

Don’t count on anyone negotiating a better deal. I think this is the direction the NFL is headed. Owners simply aren’t going to pay, because they can always find someone in another city/state who’s willing to do so.

Yeah, I’m fine with our new stadium, and don’t want to be “negative”. I just wish it looked less like a European soccer stadium. Hoping they add at least one unique feature. It seems like a copy and paste design.

I don’t know if it will create huge shadows, because the awnings look quite small in the rendering. I’m not knowledgeable about engineering, so maybe someone can enlighten me, but I don’t understand the point of the awnings. They look like they won’t cover many fans. Is the awning supposed to reduce winds? I’d think the stadium itself could be constructed to limit winds.

Agree, the value of experience went out the window when teams saw McVay. The league went on a hiring spree of millennial coaches who looked similar to McVay. I’m all about giving the next generation of coaches a fair shot, I’d hope I’m afforded those type of opportunities, but these guys had more style than substance.

I’m not a big fan of college coach hires in general, but poaching coaches from Syracuse really is low. I’ll never get over the idea of a Syracuse coach turning around an NFL franchise, unbelievable.

Aikman and Buck have been brutal, but it beats listening to a Pats fan rant.

I’d enjoy Manningcast even better if they went full screen with the game more often. We know what Peyton and Eli look like.

At no point did I ever hope to hear Buck and Aikman ramble on about the name Bailey.

Unreal how many “legitimate” NFL experts were talking up Mac Jones as a franchise QB or better last season. Now Zappe is the starter.
