  1. I’m someone who appreciates what Diggs did for us, but that drop was funny. Picking up right where he left off at the stadium.
  2. I don’t see anything in Maye that so many others do.
  3. Keon Coleman’s skill set just encourages us to waste low percentage plays.
  4. If he achieves great success/wealth he’ll age in reverse like Tom Brady did.
  5. I was a big Syracuse fan in the McNabb era, so the Eagles became a team I had a soft spot for. Once that was over, and I met a few Eagles fans over the years, my opinion changed.
  6. The Eagles are a weird one for me. I don’t really dislike the team itself, but that fanbase is mostly vile and not very knowledgeable.
  7. NFL coaches need to realize experience doesn’t matter at QB when you’re playing a washed up old QB. There’s no good reason anyone should ever be starting Flacco or Wilson.
  8. Yeah, same here, many of the greatest blurry memories of my life. That rule only applies when dealing with undesirables who can’t hold their liquor.
  9. I’m not going to judge anyone in this situation, but this is exactly why I’m far more passive than I used to be. I’d never escalate any disagreement, because people are so soft, anyone could take the smallest issue to the next level.
  10. Here’s the thing I don’t get, and it’s just my personality, so I know I’m in the minority. Allen seems like a great guy, and I root for him as much as any Bills fan. With that said, whatever went on between Allen and Diggs isn’t my issue as a fan. Diggs played well for us, and we continue to succeed without him. Just as in real life, I don’t need to hold a grudge against one guy because I like the other dude.
  11. I hope fans greet him warmly. We all know how it ended, but Diggs was a big part of the turn around. He didn’t have much tread left on the tires when it ended anyway, so it was best for both parties.
  12. I’m referring to myself, everyone always criticizes me for not being able to enjoy modern “music”. I’m saying you didn’t miss much. I believe you misinterpreted the statement.
  13. I’m not old enough to be this grumpy, but I enjoyed those shows. Live music has always been incredible, and that’s what attracted me to halftime shows. I’ll never understand millions tuning in to watch their favorite celebrity dance to a tape. I don’t care about the spectacle, it’s just not interesting to me.
  14. The fact the 49ers offense functions with either Purdy or Mac Jones is quite impressive.
  15. Same here, but Michaels used to be sharp. It’s just weird to hear when I remember the old Al Michaels. Herbstreit doesn’t help much either.
  16. I really can’t stand the Rams. LA doesn’t deserve a team, and McVay’s 90’s boy band hair bugs me.
  17. Al Michaels is a legend, but he’s reached the point where he says random things that make no sense.
  18. Davis hasn’t looked good, but I don’t like giving away players on a contender. I’d like to see what Gore can do as well, but you’re one injury away from wishing you still had Ray Davis. I trust Davis in crucial moment's, we don’t know what Gore has to offer. Several games into a season with Super Bowl hopes isn’t when I want to find out.
  19. Shadeur and Deion are the bigger issue. There’s a lot of crazy helicopter moms of athletes these days. Everyone has social media, that’s the problem. Deion the NFL legend who also meddles is the real concern.
  20. Tyreek has always been about Tyreek. He loves the game when he’s putting up big numbers, highlight reel players, and winning titles. I have no doubt in my mind he’s someone who’d rather sit out if those things aren’t happening.
  21. I suppose, he did go 10-7 with Bo Nix, so that’s somewhat impressive. It just seems the defense carries them, but Payton was once considered an offensive genius. I haven’t seen much of that.
  22. Has the media gotten over the concept of Sean Payton being a good coach yet?
  23. I agree, but I don’t think the dream of making football a global game is going to happen. I think it’s possible that years down the road we’ll discover they put their energy in the wrong places.
  24. The problem with the NFL is the fact they’re trying to simultaneously capture every audience known to mankind. They want to play all sides, and that type of marketing often fails eventually.
  25. I understand the average person on this board isn’t the audience for halftime anymore, but this is a real bizarre choice for the NFL.
