Tyreek Hill apparently arrested this morning…

I’m not justifying his actions, but seems to be the type of situation that anyone with resources would get out of. -

You don’t sign Tyreek in the first place just to suspend him for something this silly. He’s done far worse. They knew who they were getting. -
Packers @ Eagles in Brazil - Sept 6 at 8:15pm

That’s a good point considering Green Bay is in the same division as Detroit. I was thinking simply on who looks like the best team in the NFC, and I think that’s SF. We saw two teams in GB and Philly who are possible contenders, but neither looks like they could overcome SF. I agree that Detroit might be the biggest threat to SF, but I just don’t trust Goff and Campbell. An up and coming Green Bay was someone I thought had greater potential. -

It seemed like the real winner in this game was the San Francisco 49ers, and their chances to represent the NFC again. -

A Sean McVay halftime film session is not something I find intriguing. -

True, but they probably don’t care, the league is pretty untouchable at this point. -

I’m seeing both of these teams as candidates for having surprisingly bad seasons. -
The chatter around the Worthy trade isn't rational
SirAndrew replied to Success's topic in The Stadium Wall
I don’t think any of these receivers beyond Harrison and Odunze are anything really special. I hope Coleman is the exception. Worthy might end up looking “better” for a while because he has the better OC. -
I criticized Lamar’s passing ability all night, but he’s still a top QB. He brings a different skill set, although I’m not sure it’s one that can win titles. When people claim he’s not top ten, that’s ridiculous. QB’s like Justin Herbert have all the tools, but the production doesn’t match it. I think many are looking at stats, not actually watching the games. Jackson does more for his offense than what guys like Herbert or Lawrence accomplish when watching a full game.

Good game, doesn’t seem like anyone is stopping the Chiefs anytime soon. -

Ravens are making plays, but Jackson has no grasp of the clock. -

Lamar has always been a disaster in the two minute drill. He’s always slow getting the next play going. -

Blown coverage, Worthy is garbage. I think I’m doing this right. -

We’re starting to see some terrible early season football now. -

Araiza showing why his distance ability isn’t everything in the context of an actual football game. -

I really enjoyed college football this past weekend. This Chiefs dynasty is nauseating. -

Not sure how you let that play happen as KC defense. -

Unreal, Harbaugh and Jackson don’t have the ability to make two throws into the end zone happen there? -

I’m typically a traditionalist, but they might as well abolish the kickoff completely. The more I see of this new format, the more pointless it seems. -

Lamar is one of the best QB’s in the NFL, because there aren’t many great ones, but he hasn’t grown at all through the years. He just gets a year older (slower) each year, and eventually he’ll fade away once the athleticism becomes reduced. -
When do you typically get big game, game day anxiety?
SirAndrew replied to Royale with Cheese's topic in The Stadium Wall
No, as I’ve gotten older, I just don’t have an emotional attachment to these type of things. I still like watching Bills football, and the wins feel good, but it doesn’t impact my mood in any way. -
Is sitting down at football games normal?
SirAndrew replied to benderbender's topic in The Stadium Wall
I’ve always noticed the average age of Buffalo fans at the stadium seems to be lower than other stadiums. I know many older fans have season tickets, but I’ve been surrounded by twenty somethings every time I’ve attended, including in the lower bowl. I think this has a lot to do with fan behavior. I expect the demographic to change significantly in the new stadium. The stadium sometimes seems like a giant frat party on Sundays. It gives Buffalo a spectacular college like home advantage that comes across great on television, but it can being annoying at times in person.
