    Campbell just gave the Niners all types of momentum. You can almost feel the tide turning. Football is such a psychological game, that’s why you’ve got to feel the situation. Three points would have demoralized the Niners.

    Not kicking that field goal keeps the Niners in this thing. Sure he could have missed, but we’ll never know.

    I can’t think of any great bands from anywhere over the past 25 years 😆

    I agree, it’s just a lot more difficult to find a QB than some think. There aren’t many legitimate QB’s in the NFL. The big mistake was definitely the Lance draft pick, followed by giving him away for peanuts. I’m not sure you can easily fix the QB position. They built a good roster, but are just playing awful tonight. They’re being out coached and outplayed.

    I agree, but it’s tough to tell if they peaked, because the NFC is quite weak.

    I love Campbell’s aggressiveness but the field goal is the right call.

    Never mind, the defense folded again.

    That first down decision to pass could become a huge play in the game with the sack for loss.

    Their best hope is the Lions getting pass happy and Bosa becoming a factor.

    So much for the idea of elite defense in todays game. You can’t rely on defense. edit: with the exception of plays like Bosa’s sack.

    This is the type of huge drive that sometimes decide a game. The Lions have full control, but need points here. You can’t let teams hang around.

    I wish this game were in Detroit. This is a super lame championship game atmosphere.

    Niners haven’t been impressive, but there’s still a lot of football left to be played.

    I’m rooting for Detroit, but Goff is a crazy QB. He can look like three different guys for each down.

    I used to like the 49ers growing up when they were rivals to Dallas. Now I can’t stand them.
