I don’t know if it’s just imagination, I’m not convinced he knows how to competently scheme a passing game. We don’t have the receivers either, so he’s got that, but you’re correct, he doesn’t have the imagination to make up for their deficiencies.
Brady’s passing game might be the most inept modern professional passing design I’ve seen. It’s weird how little this is mentioned. Allen keeps willing us to victory with a low level college passing scheme.
