  1. Playing these teams with a losing record in the playoffs is dangerous imo. They hear how they don’t belong all week (which they don’t imo), but come out with something to prove imo.
  2. I really don’t like this analytics nonsense. Kick the extra point early in the game.
  3. Yes, if Wilson doesn’t have success chucking the ball downfield to Metcalf, they’ll have issues.
  4. True, but Wolford is almost a Tuel level guy. Goff is familiar with the system that allows him to be average sometimes.
  5. I’m not sure why Goff wasn’t playing if he could go in as second string in the playoffs. John Wolford is not what you want, even with a 50% starter.
  6. I’m not sure either, but he was great last week. You’d like to get the ball in the hands of guys who are hot.
  7. The title of this post sounds more like a character in a Cheech and Chong film.
  8. Good question, but honestly I think he gets a lot out of that team. That’s the thing, the Seahawks don’t really have a very good roster.
  9. Yeah, that’s really amazing out of an NFL QB. I don’t care how old he is. I don’t think I realized how weak his arm always was, and now it’s just worse.
  10. Seahawks have been dirty for years.
  11. I’m the same way. I don’t want to be that guy, and I’m not saying the league is rigged. I just have an issue with sending the review to the league, and then crazy stuff happens. I can see people thinking, “a fumble is a boring way to end this game, we aren’t 100% convinced it’s a fumble, so let’s hope for this game to be decided on the final play”.
  12. That’s what I thought while watching. They send the review to NY, then it took forever when it should be obvious. I’d love a transparent behind the scene look of what’s discussed when these things are viewed by the league.
  13. I knew it was bad news when it took that long, because the real call was obvious after one look.
  14. It’s also failed logic though. There’s just as much talk or more about that call if the Bills lose. The officials were going to be criticized regardless in that spot. That’s why they should have just made the right call.
  15. It feels weird to me. In the day we would have lost this game, and I’d be furious about that call. I expected to win this one, and it’s still infuriating. I can’t stomach the idea the NFL can’t get calls right that a small town Pop Warner official could with a replay.
  16. Yes, calls should be made based on what’s right. There’s the potential of error in every call that’s made, but they shouldn’t be made out of concern for heavily impacting the outcome, just in case that 1 % chance we might be deceived by the video.
  17. That’s a real surprise. This guy makes bad call after bad call. I dread hearing that name mentioned on a telecast.
  18. Great win, need to return to regular season form next game.
  19. The NFL just turns 1+1 into microbiology. It’s not always a conspiracy, but a matter of the league overthinking everything.
  20. He should just be thankful there aren’t 70k in the stands.
  21. Rivers is a savvy vet, who’s always dealt well with blitz too.
  22. NFL continues to make a joke out of itself. They’ll keep doing so if people keep watching. My local high school has better officials.
  23. No, but I’m good with Daboll taking a head coaching position elsewhere.
  24. I hate seeing the ball in Rivers hands with a chance to win. Our offense has been how we win this season. Time for the D to step up though. Here we go.
