  1. Knox looking like a clown once again.
  2. When a guy acts like Haskins, you have to wonder how a franchise doesn’t see that somewhere during the draft process. It’s one thing to take a chance on a player with character flaws, but it’s another when that guy is supposed to be your franchise QB.
  3. If I didn’t follow the Bills, I could see myself being done with pro football in the near future. The NFL is doing what so many successful businesses have done before. They reach unprecedented heights of success, and allow unchecked greed to follow. Often times greed ends up ruining the product leading to its eventual decline. I think this is all about adding international games for each team. The owners couldn’t care less about quality, but fans are going to notice.
  4. People selectively choose to ignore the Josh praise, so Bills fans can maintain the Buffalo us vs them mentality we seem to relish. Much of the Allen criticism took place in the past, or is based on ignorance at this point. Most “experts” who aren’t trying to stir the pot believe in Allen at this point.
  5. And I couldn’t care less. Let’s get to the playoffs and beat the “anointed ones”. We have our franchise QB, and it feels great. The media and Twitter can have whoever they’d like.
  6. Time for a Fitz pick. He’s at his best when the expectations are low, now it’s up to him help save the season.
  7. Yeah, and I don’t like that contract for a RB, even if we had the cash. I think drafting any back with speed would be a huge addition to this offense.
  8. We were desperate, that’s what watching Jeff Tuel and EJ Manuel will do. I think we’re all thrilled we ended up with Josh, but guys like Cousins and Alex Smith looked promising after what we’d been through.
  9. He was once brilliant, he’s just toast now. Brady’s skills have diminished, but he’s still a good QB. Brees is no longer a very good QB. He just happens to be on a very talented team.
  10. They can always bring him back on Easter.
  11. This is what separates the logic of normal people vs Jets fans.
  12. I agree, the Steelers are losing games because they aren’t very good right now. You didn’t hear a word about this before they started losing. It fits the narrative that his antics are giving the opposition additional motivation. NFL players have millions of reasons to be motivated every time they take the field, I’m sure it does get some guys fired up, but the Steelers have bigger issues than Smith dancing on logos. Many of the people who criticize Smith would be the first who’d love if Josh spit on the Pats logo and threw for 500 yards Monday. That’s because winners make the rules, and everything seems fine when you win.
  13. Dan Snyder would do everything it takes to move to the first pick in that case.
  14. Wonder what his BTO is, because he’s certainly takin care of business this season.
  15. Yeah, no one respects Cousins. There were always rumblings about him not being well liked in Washington.
  16. The Saints have a pretty good defense. Washed up Brees reminds me of Manning’s title year in Denver. I think the Saints really have a chance to represent the NFC.
  17. I absolutely agree, I hate the slam dunk franchise QB talk. I think it happens more these days than ever because the media spotlight shines brighter on college stars. Lawrence is a media sensation and a great football player. I’m not sure if that guarantees him to be the next Elway though.
  18. Me too, Tua failing is just very boring. I’d be good with reading about it later, with Brady I want to visually see him fail and throw his tantrums.
  19. I don’t think so, I see them going for a hot coaching candidate. That could change if they win out though imo.
  20. Seems that way. I’d much rather be watching Brady getting beat up by Atlanta though. This game is bad football.
  21. JBJ wrote a tune about social distancing, apparently Kraft is part of his “bubble” 😂
  22. Josh also did things during his rookie season that Tua could never dream of doing physically. Allen’s athleticism and arm talent was apparent from the start, we just didn’t see results yet. I’m not usually such a homer, but I really feel confident we won’t need to worry about Tua all that much.
  23. Fair enough, but guys like Vick and Steve Young still looked like more natural passers imo.
  24. I agree, but there’s something about his game that just doesn’t look like a big time NFL QB to me. Compare Tua’s mechanics to guys like Mahomes and Allen, nothing about him looks like a future All-Pro imo.
