Revisiting my Allen scouting report
Buffalo Junction replied to Buffalo716's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Imagine if all of Allen’s issues were fixed with contact lenses. ??? -
My 2 cents on the deep balls
Buffalo Junction replied to Antonio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The key part of the bolded is “into a stiff wind”. Josh threw the same pass that he normally throws, but the wind corrected the velocity problem. Perhaps they need to start taking deep shots into the wind. ?♂️ Or see if Usain Bolt can catch a football. -

WAY’OFF’ TOPIC’: Apostrophe’s!

During a grammar rant one would at least hope for some clarity on whether it’s proper to use LAMP or L.A.M.P. ?♂️ -
WAY’OFF’ TOPIC’: Apostrophe’s!
Buffalo Junction replied to Dr. K's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
If a dog is eating my homework..... MAY I say “the dog’s eating my homework?”?”?”?”? Additionally, does the question mark belong inside or outside of the quotation marks? What are the rules for applying states of being to proper nouns? -
I’m actually curious if a “week off” like Reid did with McCoy would help Gore bounce back down the stretch. Some of these older guys still have ability, but the workload and rest cycles need tweaking if they aren’t going to crash.
-
Plus we generally have lower expectations for TEs catching the ball... 3rd round TE vs 2nd round WR... ?♂️ Knox needs to improve though. He’s getting some slack, but that’ll disappear quickly if he drops some critical passes next year or in the playoffs.
-
Knox can make the difficult catches. His issue seems to be focus related. That can be improved with reps, practice, and experience... Same with the blocking.

ESPN cmon man - Matt Milano
Buffalo Junction replied to MasterStrategist's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
He called out Milano for what amounted to a 7 yard run???? Really???? There was nothing better for Moss to comment on all Sunday???? Nothing better than how Lamar got 7 of his 40 rushing yards???? Moss... C’Monnnn Man! Be Better. They had him hurdling Barr on repeat for a month. -
Week 15: Bills at Steelers on SNF

That’s the kicker.... Teams think Knox and Singletary aren’t the best blockers.... USE IT... Get a big play and it’ll slow down the rush. -
Classy Pats* fans force relocation of Mahomes girlfriend
Buffalo Junction replied to AKC's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Worst I have ever seen was in KC.... went to a Chiefs/Raiders game with my uncle back in the late 90’s.... Chiefs fans actually torched? a Raiders fan’s car in the parking lot. ?. Freaking insane. -
Week 15: Bills at Steelers on SNF
Buffalo Junction replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
No, but it’s basically a playoff game for both teams. Sunday night game with a ton on the line. We win and we’re in. They win and they’re in control of their fate. This game is going to be hard fought and the crowd will be in it unless we shut them up. I’d love to see Daboll bait one of them though. Have Singletary and Knox on one side, have Knox “get burned” followed by a Singletary “whiff” and a screen. -

Singletary continues to impress!
Buffalo Junction replied to VirginiaMike's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I’m not sure if I’d go so far as to call him a feature back, but he’s definitely a lead back in a committee or part of a 1-2 punch. He really reminds me if Tiki Barber in a lot of ways... Similar size, slippery, will break arm tackles, burst in the box, versitile, lacks Ferrari speed. Match him up with a hammer to wear down defenses and then Singletary will pop off some back breaking runs late in games. -
If the Bills scored on the final posession......

Peters made an excellent play. -
Those play were on Allen. If he connected on those deep ones early then the Ravens wouldn’t have relied on the zero blitz all game. They need to figure out a way to get those completed or Allen’s ceiling will never be reached. Now, the blocking failures and Allen needing to get the ball out quickly.... Daboll has to take some of the blame here. They had 10 days and knew this defensive scheme was coming. I fault Daboll for not utilizing personnel groupings to counter their front and for not directly attacking the edges enough to slow down outside defenders. We know he has the plays because he’s called them earlier in the year.

How about MVP Lamar Jackson today?
Buffalo Junction replied to ToGoGo's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
They just had to comment on his sleeves. ?. Wonder if that was a SF dig. -
Guys we are legit

When WRs actually compete for the ball they're more likely to force a DPI call. -

It’s going to get interesting in the playoffs when they play teams that have seen their offense a second time. Kudos on their record. They’ve earned it as every single playoff game they’re in might be a rematch. -
Singletary continues to impress!

If he had that extra gear and ran a 4.3-4.4 he would have been a top 15 pick with his production. -

Or actually gets the PI call Im surprised that no company advertises razor blade and rope discounts on here after Bills loses. -
It’s on Allen, Daboll, and the Oline. Can’t expect a guy who still needs to pay attention to footwork to remain accurate when he has to sidestep DTs in <1s. There were deep passes off too (on Allen). Most of the blame goes to Daboll though. We could have come out with a triple option and caught them off guard
