Weird move. I honestly prefer Jameis Winston to Wilson. At least you know with Winston, his teammates will play hard for him. The whole Joe Shane/ BD regime has had one head scratching move after another.

His humility is something to be modeled after. Love Josh! -
Matt Milano agrees to pay cut, 2025 becomes final year of his deal
HomeTeam replied to Logic's topic in The Stadium Wall
I love Milano. He seems like a very well adjusted individual that's content with himself. I admire that. I hope he has a great year and gets to end his career on his own terms. -

Joey Bosa signs with Buffalo. 1 year, $12.6 million
HomeTeam replied to Draconator's topic in The Stadium Wall
I think this is great. You know he's going to be highly motivated to play well and get a a large contact. Bills fans know all too well of his potential, he was a have wrecker against us. We wanted a blue chip player, well we got one! I think this a low risk, high reward type bet. I love it! -
Rate the FA period thus far (Earth Shattering Joey Bosa Update!)
HomeTeam replied to FireChans's topic in The Stadium Wall
So far so good. We essentially took care of our own this. I can't speak to much on the FA signings, but I'm hopeful they can make an impact. I'm saddened that we were not able to bring Mack back. I really liked the tenacity and playful nature he brought to the team. Also, in the big moments, he came through for us. -
RB Ty Johnson Re-Signed - 2 Year Deal
HomeTeam replied to BillsFanForever19's topic in The Stadium Wall
Wow such good value for $2.5 per year! I'm glad he's back because it would have been a big blow to lose both Ty and Mack (Hollins). -
For the few times I've watched the chargers on primetime, I've always though he was a player. If memory serves me correctly, he was lower on their depth chart, so he did not get as much playing time. Last year the chargers were a heavy run scheme. He has good size and speed and catches the ball. Again that's just the half dozen times I've watched him play but I like the signing.

As much as I appreciated Cook, I'm in the camp that we can spend our resources at other positions. I'd be happy to draft a young player from this very talented RB class. I really appreciate the effort that cook gave last season, especially during the AFC championship game. That 4th down effort was heroic! Don't take it personal guys,it's just business. He deserves to seek the maximum amount, but just not from the Bills. Anything north of $12M is a little too rich in my opinion. Heck of a player though.

I can proudly say I did my part. It was tough not to put the game on come 6pm but I stuck to my principles. Besides it's no way to live rooting for the demise of others. I'm confident that the bills will continue to get better and will get over the hump. Go bills!

In our defense, the eagles had many more picks then us and we're much higher. But your point still stands, they've done a tremendous job drafting and taking high risk blue chip players.

Happy for Josh and the entire Bill organization to be recognized. Let's build on this and continue to build this roster so we are in playing in the Superbowl this time next year.

I still remember how much I disliked this signing when we made it. Just too much money to give to an old diminishing player. I'm ready to move on and use the savings to on a more impact player.
-
Maybe that's why they got so many calls 🧐

I couldn't care some much about the worthy vs Coleman pick. We really lost the McDuffie vs Elam pick (I know he was picked in front of us). Not only is McDuffie an all pro level player, Elam is not even serviceable. Unfortunate, because he seems like a really good kid. That pick hurts.

Kurt Warner breaks down the 4th down. Allen error?
HomeTeam replied to Buffalo_Stampede's topic in The Stadium Wall
As soon as he started rolling right, the play became really difficult, as you essentially cut the field in half. Josh has a tendency to roll right and the Chiefs knew that. The offensive play calling especially for the passing game left a lot to be desired. Not enough play action. They dared us to challenge them outside and we ran right into the teeth of the defense. You have an MVP level quarterback and your calling na gameplan like you have a game manager QB. it's rather puzzling. Despite all the poor play calling, and poor refereeing, this game was there to be had in the final moments. Sad. -
Kurt Warner breaks down the 4th down. Allen error?
HomeTeam replied to Buffalo_Stampede's topic in The Stadium Wall
Good analysis. The Chiefs knew our tendencies, whether we like to qb sneak to the left side or that Josh is more comfortable rolling to his right. Our gameplan was too predictable. You have to have counters knowing that they ar going to stop what you've been doing all year. The lack of in game adjustments was frustrating. The coaches have to be better and and Josh needs to be better. He took another step this year but I feel like there is more left in the tank for him especially his pre-snap reads. I hate to ask more of Josh because he does so much already. -
Tough loss guys. It really hurts. It just appears to me that the Chiefs are much more prepared than us, especially in those high leverage moments of a game. For example, Mahomes running the same qb motion to the right multiple with the option to throw out run. He ran that at least 3-4 times without us adjusting. How that happens is head scratching. Additionally, I still don't understand how they were able to stop our qb sneaks. Everything seemed hard for us in those big moments while easy for them. I'm really happy with the offense I'm general but we need some wr who can seperate. The defense as a whole needs a lot of work. This hurts but with more cap space and draft picks, I think this team will be better. "If you keep knocking on the door, it shall be opened." Heck of a season. Proud of the team.

John Harbaugh Presser After the Loss - I always respected him
HomeTeam replied to PoundingDog's topic in The Stadium Wall
He's one of the best coaches in the NFL in my opinion. The whole ravens organization is class. They've done an incredible job assembling that roster. -
It was a weird game from an offensive perspective. On one hand, I was happy we ran the ball well but we played so limited. I'm not sure why Josh was held from throwing the ball downfield. Felt like we were running the ball into the teeth of the defense. Literally and figuratively. I could care less, cause a win is a win but it was strange game from Brady.

Is this the same kicker that kicked a 50+ field goal to beat us week 4? xD
