  2. if this is known to everyone but me excuse me.
  3. since college ive always thought he was a big time player and i think he has the potential to be a pro bowler. i really hope we sign him because i dont have a good feeling about losman. interesting note, years back i would always go on detroit pistons message boards and talk about how they should sign my favorite player, chauncey billups. well, if we sign davey it will be history repeating itself all over again as one of my favorite players signs with my favorite team.
  4. Just calling it now so everyone on this board knows it. Bomar is the best high school qb ive ever seen. He has that "i"t that you cant define. People can question my prediction because high school football isnt the best indictor of how players develop. However, some players just stand out and this is one of them. When you watch this kid you just feel his greatness when he plays. Only time will tell but i would bet the house on Bomar. Now if he can only become a starter... Go Bills 05!!!!
  5. J.P Lssman. Last year we had the number 2 defense in the league and one of the best special teams. Also, on offense we have some guys that can play. Moulds, McGaghe, Evans can flat out play. Obviously the OL is important but a running qb makes up for an average OL. When Flutie was here the ol looked ok. Johnson made it look terrible and the same thing with Bledsoe. People wonder how Roethlisberger was so good last year. Well if you look film you see that his ability to move around the pocket negated his inexperience. He didnt just sit back there and throw from the pocket like a seasoned veteran. The best thing about Ben is he threw outside the pockets very well. When the coverages were too good he would elude the rush and connect on big throws. He is something really special. Don't look for j.p to be just as good. For me,i look at players with high character. As long as a player works hard and prepares well that is all you can ask. It seems j.p really dedicated himself to becoming the best. His ability doesn't match a Manning or Brady but his moxie makes up for it. Players that bring energy on the field and display a crazed fire are players you want. I want j.p fired up. It doesn't mean you call players out but give them a kick start. You want players that are going to fight, especially on the road. j.p isn't going to play like a veteran but he will provide a spark. MaGahee is definitely going to help also. The best thing about Willis is his intelligence. He sees the field very well, much like Shawn Alexander. Moulds, Evans, and Parrish make it the best WR core we have had in a while. This team is exciting on paper but its been that way for a couple very years The offense has hindered the development of the team. Well see if Bledsoe was to blame. I've been a big fan of all are qb's. I believe in character people. Both Bledsoe and Johnson were very good people. I know most people can care less, but it isn't just performing on the field. The Patriots draft players that have football instincts and are willing to work. The Patriots buy into the team concept. They draft smart players that don’t carry the baggage like many Superstas around the league. The Patriots are so good it is scary. The management and coaching are simply the best. They draft extremely well and have the best coach in all of football. Both on offensive and defense side they are very efficient. They draft well on the ol and wr. The ol on the pats has a very high football iq. As much as it pains me to say how good they are it is the truth. Just like Roger Federer in tennis, the pats are just too good. When is the last time a team won 4 out of five Superbowls? It really would be something if they did it. Hopefully the Bills can make the playoffs this year. The AFC is stacked and the Bills have to win some close games to have a shot. The season is one great unknown and his name is j.p losman
  6. went to high school with gilbert arenas. my friend threw a party he came to and another friend of mine helped him pass math. funny story, one day in math class gil wasnt paying attention so the teacher got on his case telling him that he was a dime a dozen and would never make it to the league. gil just shook his head and said just watch.
  7. Happened after Eric Moulds said he didn't know what he was going to do when the seasons ends. I think it kind of challenged the other guys. It basically said we have 2 good players on offense. Moulds is great, but he definitely is not TO or Randy Moss. He cant take over games anymore like the 250 in the playoffs. That was one of the funniest games to watch. Moulds catches a 60 yard bomb the first play and fumbles...Oh god...The last three playoffs games have been brutal endings. All came down to the last play and been bitter defeats .However, the offensive is explosive once again. That means safeties are not at the line of scrimmage. You have to double Moulds and Evans and this leaves 7 man fronts for McGahee. Once McGahee kills you go deep to Moulds or Evans. The offense may indeed be a great offense. A lot depends on the coaching and OL but both have shown signs of improvement. The play calling in the last couple of weeks has been amazing. It is really simple, it doesn't try to get overly complicated like Killdrive. And the OL for the first time since Flutie looks decent. Anyways, a season that was over at 3-6 is some now fun again. Im all for it. Hearing about MM talk about playoffs at 3-6 was laughable. The playoffs would be a big step for the franchise. Playing the Colts in Indy would be special. It would most likely be 52-17, but you never know. The playoffs are physical in every sport, the Colts dont have the right mentality on defense. The Bills defense is good because the players on it are going to do whatever it takes to stop an offense. I guess you can call it a sort of nastiness that the Bucs and the Ravens had. Colts DL is terrible compared to other teams. Freeney is good but in a cold day in Foxbourgh he's chill. Go Bills!!!! Billsin05
  8. ICE is like the Jim Rome of this wall. His takes are very matter of fact. For example, "if this doesnt happen then is will never happen." People like their opinions strong and concrete. You create controversy because people want to prove you wrong. Three weeks ago you were dead on, now Bledsoe is making your life miserable. Just hold off judgment till after the season. I remember when Mularkey came in you thought Bledsoe could turn it around under a new offense. Just dont act like you know everything and people wont respond negatively. Bledsoe could led this team to a Super Bowl or he could go 5-11. It has to be the right team with the right players around it. Winning a Championship goes beyond one player. It starts with the Organization and Coaches and ends with the players. Then you need the right types of players with talent and commitment to come together to be a cohesive unit. Bledsoe is the leader of the offense. If the offense falls Bledsoe falls. The offense has been poor throughout the year except for the past couple of weeks. But the offense has playmakers. Two stud WR's, a big time RB, and a potential Hall a fame QB. If he cant produce in this offense he is done. But it seems that Evans takes this offense into another gear. Evans presents the third option on the field that makes a defense more honest. If Bledsoe could put points on the board with this defense watch out, it could be scary. Go Bills05!!!
  9. Congrats to Drew. I have been pulling for him the since the massacre at Foxbourgh. He's a class act and has a potential Hall Fame career. He deserves a fair shot. This is one of the best throwers in NFL history. Yes, NFL history. I like many thought the game had gotten to fast for Drew. Defenses have gotten unbelievable more athletic in the past 5 years. There is no doubt that Drew is a dinosaur in the pocket, but he has the ability to stretch the field. 70 yard bombs aren't random people, it is special ability by the WR and QB. He had his best years with Coats and Glen. Moulds and Evans should help him. A better version of Peerless is what we got in Evans. Evans is legit. 4.3 at 200 pounds makes a big difference. If your 185 it is hard to get off the line of scrimmage. 6-6 sounds ok, oh how far its gone. It is exciting though. The games mean something. McGahee struggled but the 60 yard catch was sweet. The offenses has game breakers. Moulds, McGahee, and Evans can effect outcomes with their big play ability. If Drew gets time watch out we should 9-6 going in the final week. And ICE, jump back on the bandwagon. No shame in it! peace
  10. I think it is going to be one of the best games of the year. When these two play it's electric. Crazy things happened and it's mostly not working in Buffalo's favor. The key is Bledsoe tonight. Can he avoid pressure and hit big time throws? He hasn’t been able to on the road in the last 15 games. But still i really think he has the talent to be successful. Everyone acts like Losman is the savior. He could be a bust, qb is the hardest position to grade in all of football. Just look at the Giants and Chargers. Some like Ice might be right saying Bledsoe is done. However, i think he is one of the greatest vertical throwers in the history of the game. He will never be a qb that could dink and dunk 5 yard passes. If you put two fast wr’s on the outside he should be successful. Drew is a threat from anywhere on the field. He can hit a 30 yard out with ease. The defense has to cover more of the field b ecause of him. I know again some will same it doesn’t mean jack if you dont produce and it is well stated. But i think the philosophy needs to be more aggressive on offense. I am not saying abandon the running game. Pound all day, but the pass plays need to stay very aggressive. Max protect with 8 if you have to, the colts do it all the time. We are going to have to put the ball in the end zone today many times. NE has the best offense in the league and the best player with it. If this team is going to become anything, it starts with Bledsoe. I am a true believer in people with his type character. I think Bledsoe is a stand up guy and really hope he can turn it around. Tonight is the first step, the season on the line in Foxbourgh. I think the first possession in football is always is the most important. It sets the tempo for the entire game. If you can score a touchdown on the first drive you’re telling the defense that they should have stayed home. It is very defeating for a defense when all week you have been planning to shut the team down and boom your down 7. NE is one of the best in scoring touchdowns in their open drives, especially in big games. Go Bills!!!!!this one means a lot tonight....it could be depressing!
  11. with the fourth pick the Dallas Cowboys select "future superstar whoever." Just when you dont think it could get any worse it does and much more. This team is like a train wreck. They play with a lot intensity but fold in big moments. And damn i feel for Bledsoe but it might be over. He is just to slow, it takes years for him to get set up in the pocket. It is getting embarrassing with the fourth pick the Dallas Cowboys select "future superstar whoever." Just when you dont think it could get any worse it does and much more. This team is like a train wreck. They play with a lot intensity but fold in big moments. And damn i feel for Bledsoe but it might be over. He is just to slow, it takes years for him to get set up in the pocket and throw. He should drop back quicker. Honestly i wouldnt be as bummed this early if we would had a first rounder. What happens if it is in the top 5. Donahoe should fire himself. He built a good defense but he forget to get the most important part. The defense ends are embarrassing, plain and simple. Did one even come close to Brady all day. And on offense he gets great skill players and forgets to look at players with good mental abilty on the OL. If you go back on the film the Guard and center would be blocking one person while someone would come through free. Maybe because Teague got hurt this happened but the OL is horrible. Just a bad year, hope it can get better. peace
  12. Where do all the Bills fan meet to watch the game
  13. On the 3 and 1 Shelton was wide open and Bledsoe didn't throw it to him. I was sitting their screaming at the tv. I'm actually a big Bledsoe fan but this was unreal. That was just inexcusable. Forget being critical about the play call because the design worked. The coaches are not going to be happy with him when they look at that play. The real question after yesterday is whether this team is cursed? When Jac got the ball with 2:00 minutes left i had no doubt in my mind that we were going to lose. This team just doesn't lady luck on its side. But with that being said i don't think the loss was that bad in the grand scheme of things. I think losses like this build character, they make you want it that much more. I believe in this team, not because of the talent level but because of their heart. This team puts it all on the line every sunday and i have to believe that it means something. The only reason that this game was so frustrating is because it was a home loss. To have any chance to go the playoffs we have to go 7-1 or 6-2 at home. Anywayz, keep the hope alive because if this team has the character i think it has good things are bound to happen.
  14. Plain and simple the best college rb i've ever seen. This guy is unreal. He's is as close to Barry Sanders as there is. Everything you want in a top back, speed, vision, cutback, and good bulk. Forget whoever you thought was going to win the Heisman because this cat is going to steal it.
  15. QBs- Steve McNair (37) Byron Leftwich (157) RBs- Ahman Green (4) Travis Henry (17) Curtis Martin (64) Tyrone Wheatley (104) Moe Williams (117) Travis Minor (124) WRs- Derrick Mason (24) Charles Rogers (44) Amani Toomer (77) Deion Branch (137) TEs Jeremy Shockey (57) Itula Mili (waivers) K Jeff Wilkins (97) D Tampa Bay Buccaneers (84) The reason i have so many rb's is that after the 97 pick my computer which has a virus turned off and the rest of my draft was on auto pilot. Honestly, i don't even mind that much, the more rb's the better.
  16. depends if you want to play a long course or a short one. Par 3 course in Studio City is nice but obviously small. i think it's called studio city golf and tennis. for a longer course try Balboa Golf Course 16821 Burbank Blvd., Encino. 18 hole course that is pretty tough. Don't expect to much though, not the most beautiful course you have ever been on. hope thast helped
  17. of his rotator cuff injury. Didn't know this happened and would like to know where people got this information
