  1. Seems to me we should be after a higher catch rate guy. I could live without a little of the speed for a sharp route runner with excellent hands. We need one guy who will catch anything thrown his way no matter what size, shape, or speed he comes in. Win the contested ball, keep the feet in bounds, jump over someone, dive and make the catch, get smashed up but still hold the ball...
  2. It's worth keeping an eye on, but I expect business as usual after the new CBA. Teams followed the CBA even when it expired last time, except the Skins and Cowboys who found out there is a "spirit of the cap" even if the cap is not in place.
  3. That was my thought at the time. I don't think big money deals like Smith and DiMarco would have been on the top of his list.
  4. This play comes to mind...guess the ball is dead now a days? I know it's not a kickoff return, but what's the diff...
  5. Watts cries to official, gets a call next play.
  6. Hopkins pushed off on TJ's face mask, give em OPI.
  7. I look forward to Greg Cosell on OBL, if they have him this Holiday week. My gut says they dialed it back on the scheme, and tried to beat them straight up.
  8. So I guess there is no plan to hit Brady today?...what a shame. Sitting back and letting them play catch is not what I was hoping for.
  9. 1 & 2 & step & 2 & turn &... You're getting it Josh!
  10. Hit him like this every chance you get. See if the elbow holds up.
  11. McDermott and Beane are doing something that few could do. They're changing the paradigm in Buffalo. No offense to Lynn, but Sean is exactly the right man for this.
  12. It can happen. Remember Albert Haynesworth before contract and after?
  13. I haven't seen him as a 49er much, but back as a Seahawk... Richard Sherman. (Don't really hate anyone, but he comes close.)
  14. If DE can get a read on a OG based on his stance, what a coach in the booth pick up on from the other teams coaches and players from film study of previous games sidelines? Lots.
