I agree. I love Josh but taking the easy 5 yard completion is still a challenge for him. And he is actually awful at the WR screen pass. He never delivers it accurately. They should strip it from the playbook.

Keep an extra guy in to block. Give Josh time to carve up their bad secondary. Then let Cook sneak out of the backfield for a few shots downfield Josh missed Cook wide open on the sideline last week. Josh has hit that pass twice before one for a TD and one a dropped TD.

Diggs had a great chance to draw a PI last week if he just stops running and let's the defender crash into him on the underground ball Josh threw while scrambling. The defender had no idea where the ball was. Davis has had at least two other such plays where he makes little to no effort to come back to an underthrown ball.

The entire roster does not matter. There are 10-15 guys at any given time that can be replaced by street free agents. Kyle Allen would not win 4 games with this roster. Make no mistake if not for Allen, Beane and McDermott would have been gone two years ago.

I'd argue Huntley is better than any of the Steelers' QBs and he has playoff football experience. I think Ravens win with their backups!

This is simple and not so simple The #2 seed is worth going all out. That said if Tua or Josh are really nursing injuries and the playoff spot is locked up you can make an argument ( a weak one) for resting them. Again the #2 seed is just home games not a bye week so it's not as valuable as before.

I'm sure that is what they wanted to do. But once Peterman showed he sucked again they had no choice. Even though that offense built by Beane was not competitive (excuse being he had to get cap under control) Peterman showed he was incapable of being a NFL QB. Had McD started him again he loses the locker room. Just about any other QB in the league would have been better than Peterman and could have let Josh sit for several more weeks.

The reality is every DE not named Floyd is unreliable. I would role the dice the Miller can have an impact play or two. Sometimes these veteran stars just seem to make something happen when it is needed most. Epenesa had zero impact plays last week. Neither did Rousseau. Miller's presence alone may make McDaniel or Tua think twice when assigning blocking schemes. Maybe that is enough to free someone else up. Reality is, if we need our 4th DE to be a difference in this game then they have already lost. As always this game is solely determined on Josh being smart and accurate. Bills should be able to put up 35+ on this defense. Then you can put any body you want at DE to rush the passer the entire second half. Hell you can even rush Dorian Williams from that spot if you want.

Why is this so hard? McDermott is not that good at talent evaluation. He believes in the small undersized no talent character guys. How many examples do we need? Peterman, Teller, Murphy, Star, Lawson, Gilmore, and numerous other roster bottom feeders like Sweeney. Multiple good guys he let walk and multiple bad players he kept and played. And we are still seeing it with Fournette sitting on the PS.

Curious to see what people think. The OL looked like it was getting blown up the middle routinely. Looked like the breakdowns were mainly between Morse and Torrence. OT play looked ok. Torrence sense to have hit a rookie wall and has been playing at least below average for a month. I wonder if down the stretch Edwards or Bates will get a few series ar RG.

How does that matter? It was the defense that cost them wins against Pats, Denver, and Eagles. Dorsey and Allen left the field with the lead twice and Brady and Allen did twice as well in the Eagles game. Time to blow it up and get a new OC and an entirely new offense. Need a McVay or Shanahan disciple to transform the offense.

No he didn't. In fact he did just the opposite. Beane got Allen Diggs. McD has created unnecessary tension with our superstar WR. McD has botched the OC hires terribly. He and Beane failed to recognize Teller was a future star. Even now McD keeps Murray active while Fournette sits on the PS. McD benches the #1 RB after a fumble. How did that help Allen? Allen wins despite McD not the other way around.

No. He doesn't have the size or speed to be elite. Bills need to draft two WRs next year. A guy that can be a #1 in 2 years and a true slot WR. Honestly with Allen in his prime I,would draft WR, DE, and OL top 3 picks every year. Maybe swap OL for CB every other year.

Let Epenesa walk. He is fools gold. Hopefully they can get a late round comp pick for him. Let Floyd go to. These guys get old quick. He's already slowed down during this season. Bring back Jones and let Settle go. Find another cheap FA DT and DE. Draft a mid round DT or edge to develop. First three picks need to be WR. OT/C, S. After that you can add another WR and a couple guys on the DL

My opinion has not changed. He is not getting any better. His defense melted down in multiple games this year. The offense is getting worse not better. I still don't think we win a SuperBowl with him as head coach. I don't like the way he has treated Diggs. If they lose to Miami and don't make the playoffs they should fire him. That will not happen. We are stuck with him for another year.

There is no WR on the roster that has the quickness to play slot right now. I suspect they thought Sherfield or Hardy could compete for that role but they have been total busts. Shakir just is not good enough. He is a very nice #4 WR.

You are correct. Worst decision was not going for it on 4th and 1 after the Murray fail.

The offense is worse with Brady than it was with Dorsey. Take away the great running game against Dallas and the offense is worse. Josh and the pass game is a disaster. It's time to blow it up and bring in someone new. They need an entire new offense. The league has figured us out. Only Josh being super human gives us a chance to win. We are stuck with McDermott but honestly Beane should pick the next OC. McDermott has shown he doesn't know what he is doing.
