Knox still one of my favorite players. Really thought he could be Kittle type player. He's still very good. Beane took a chance that Brown would recover from surgery. With Dawkins still playing well and Brown playing elite football, Beane can use day 1 and 2 draft picks to address the DT and edge positions. They have solid depth on the OL. Probably can take a chance and wait until 2026 draft to get another OT to replace Dawkins. Though his replacement may already be on the team.

I actually agree with this. Keep the QB protections in the pocket. Both the hits to the head and below the knee have helped. But once outside the pocket they are a runner. It is not fair to the defense to have to guess if a QB is going to slide or not.

It was as dirty a play as one could possibly see. Sliding QB. Lunging at him. Hit to the head. Forearm to the head. Perhaps the only way ot woudl have been worse is if it was helmet to helmet wit the crown.

He deserves it this year but you can make a case for Jim Harbaugh, Nick Sirianni, Dan Campbell, Sean Payton, and Mike Tomlin as well.
