Mid-season all you can do is demote Dorsey and let someone else call the plays. In the off season I think even without making the playoffs there is little to no chance Pegula fires McDermott. Only a revolt by Allen could make it happen. McDermott had built in excuse for failure last year and now this year. We are stuck with him through the end of 2024. Only then can we move on to someone else.

I'm down on Knox too but losing him is a huge blow. People who think we will be better are crazy. Knox is the most athletic TE the Bills have probably ever had. Kincaid is in no way capable of being TE#1 now and maybe never. That said this is an opportunity to go air raid and just use the run to keep teams honest. If they want to run they will need to use Bates as a blocking TE.

Agreed. I am one of the loudest McD critics but he made the right call there. It's much harder to score from 2 or 3 yards out than 6 inches. 2 or 3 yard line introduces all kinds of bad things that can happen. The defense has to hold that bum of a QB from scoring. Absolute joke.
