Good post. Knox is still a very good talent. He makes the team better. Outside of the Eagles games, the worst offensive games all season were with Knox out.

Posters like me have been taking flak from this board for years when we criticized McDermott. Our only hope is just like Manning, Allen overcomes his moron HC. Dungy was a terrible coach that lucked into a top 4 QB of all time and still almost managed to never win a SuperBowl. He should be in the Hall of Shame not the HOF. Let's hope Pegula looks back and sees what Tampa did to win a SuperBowl after years of Dungy failures.

If he was good enough to play he would have been active by now. They are not going to activate him unless there is an injury. Murray has been the good in pass protection and occasionally has a good run.

You are correct about Brown. If he's the worst starter of the 5 the OL can still be very good. He's playing better as the season goes on while Torrence has slipped a little as most rookies do. I would still draft an OT in round 2 or 3. There is no viable backup for Dawkins. Bates is the center in waiting if Morse retires. And if the draft pick outplays Brown then even better. Has to be WR in the first round.

There are no moral victories. As others have said I agree with almost everything you said. I think Gabe is better than he has shown this year but it doesn't matter. He is gone and they need to draft a legit superstar WR. Brown has played good enough to not draft OT round 1. I would still draft an OT in round 2 or 3. But as others have said, not making the playoffs with a healthy Josh Allen is an abject failure. There is no other way of seeing it. If they do not make the playoffs McDermott should be fired. He won't be but he should.

Correct but a turnover is a turnover. And you can probably make an argument that a fumble will result in better field position for the opponent as it is likely less far downfield and/or behind the LOS than an INT.

OP nicely written. Let's also not forget he has not missed many games so he has played many more games/snaps than others in the last 5 years. Also some of the worst INT guys suck and simply don't play that long and get benched. I'm too tired to look it up but Josh has fumbled the ball a ton as well. Again he has more dropbacks and carries than probably any other QB during that time. But still numerically he is turning the ball over quite a bit. He cleaned up the fumbling quite a bit but it still has hurt him from time to time like Minn last year, Dolphins playoff game, and Jets this year.
