I'm not sure people understand the word incentivize. The team hiring a minority GM or HC is not incentivized. It is the team that developed that candidate such that they could eventually earn a GM or HC position, that is incentized to do so. Rewarded is probably a better term anyways. It would seem very unlikely a team would put a minority in a high ranking position only to hope they get signed by another team so they could get a 3rd round pick.

No he is the best QB in NFL history. My opinion won't change. I would still rank Jerry Rice #1 overall. His stats for his era blow away any other player that played WR in NFL history.

Not with our cap situation. Knox is the clear#1. #2 TE needs to block. Morris is fine, but if they can find a cheap version of Lee Smith I would be fine swapping out Morris. #3 TE needs to be a swing OT. They are going to draft an OT and probably a C/G next season. They will likely need one extra roster spot for OL. They can carry Sweeney on the PS all year if they want.

Dawkins regressed just a bit but he is still very good. Brown has not improved. Very up and down. Morse is solid. Guard play is not really good at anything but both of them are not awful either. A second round OG should be an upgrade. Bates has underwhelmed with the new contract. I wonder if he will be a cap casualty. They can get similar play for far less money.

Arm arrogance is a a stupid term. To me it just means the QB has elite talent but takes chances with the ball. Allen has been reckless with the ball all year. Much more than last year. When he takes care of the football we are nearly unstoppable. As for Mahimmes he has only two less INT but 1000 more yards. I just hope one of these next two games we get the Andy Reid choke job of the past.

I hope he stays home to be honest. They don't need that emotion or distraction.

He should be CB#2 but I don't think he touched the ball or Gisecki. I think it was a drop and maybe his hand screwed up the timing of the reception. They play zone defense most of the time. . He was playing zone coverage just like Tre was. They aren't going to change just because Jackson was out and Elam was in.

Why is it so hard to understand Allen is our only hope AND he needs to play better? If Burrow or Mahommes throws two INTs, fumbles three times, and takes 7 sacks, there is a great chance Bills win. Both of those guys just like Allen can overcome those mistakes but it makes the game a lot harder. The INT on the throw to Beasley looks like a missed defensive holding and then a good play by the defender to get his hand in front of Cole's chest. The other pick, looks like Brown cut off the route for some reason. Should have been a 50/50 ball. The fumbles were an issue in the past and they came back yesterday. The sack fumble TD was all Allen's fault. All he has to do is loft that pass to Motor for a nice easy completion and 5-10 yard gain. The fumble on the scramble also his fault. The fumble in the pocket was a really nice play by the defender. Allen probably could have stepped up in the pocket a half step but in the end good play made by the defense.

??? We have an improving Tre White who is better than all those guys. We have a rookie first round pick that played well yesterday. Hopefully McD stops being conservative and starts Elam over Jackson and Benford. And Poyer is as good a safety as anyin the NFL. Though I must admit Poeyer has looked shaky dropping on coverage lately.

Why do you say they were pulling for the Dolphins? I heard no such thing. Romo said it was going to be closer than anyone thought and he was right. Nantz kept saying how shocking it was that Miami was tied or in the lead. So were we. Romo and Nantz love Buffalo, Allen, and the Bills. Like any announcing #1 crew they follow the best teams. We are one of them now. We weren't for a long time. Maybe you have PTSD from the drought. There has never been a media bias against Buffalo. The media is biased against losers. We are not losers anymore and the media collectively loves the Bills.

Much will be determined with the decisions they make with Edmunds, Poyer, and Hyde. Hopefully Singletary signs a cheap deal to stay. He can be replaced but he and Cook are a decent 1-2 combo.

Yeah that pretty much sums it up. Bills just need to win. Allen needs to prove he can win these games, and McDermott needs to prove he won't lose them.
