  1. Huh? We already have many. Allen and Diggs are top 5 and in many cases top 3 for their positions. Miller probably is no worse than a top 10 pass rusher when healthy. Milano is a top 5 OLB. Rousseau, Knox, and maybe Kincaid have a chance too. Never bought into the Oliver hype and I dont think he will be anything but an average starter. Lastly Bass has a chance to be an elite PK.
  2. Knox on offense 7 receptios for 135 and 2 TD Floyd on defense 2 sacks and forced fumble
  3. Isnt every game in the playoffs an elimination game? What about the game changing INT returned for a TD by Taron Johnson? That's a top 3 play in franchise history. And how about the Hyde end-zone INT at home against the Patriots? No doubt defense choked away a win against Houston and 13 seconds. Cinci last year was an aberration. Bills were down so many players and emotionally spent. Still want to see more from the stars on D. This playoff season need to see Miller, Rousseau, Oliver, White, and Milano step up.
  4. Lol. You don't know that and neither do I. Half this board was ready to move on from Allen after season 1. All I hope is he beats the Browns and the Browns miss the playoffs. The delusion on Cleveland radio is epic. I cant wait for Watson to suck and this town I work in melts down. I agree they will battle Ravens for second place at best in taht division. I routinely underestimate the Ravens, but they look like an organization taht needs sweeping change. Just hope Browns finish last.
  5. Appreciate you are SuperBowl or bust mentality. That is where I am as well. However if you can not see Allen is the best QB in Bills history and a top 3 QB in this league not sure what to say. You are citing podcasts and rumors as facts. That is pretty poor. You have no idea and neither do I how much film he studies, what he eats, and what he does with his free time. Allen is our only hope of overcoming an underachieving head coach and possibly an overrated GM. I have been a consistent critic of Allen’s turnovers and hero ball. There is no doubt that needs to improve. But again we are talking slim margins there. Just 3 less INTs over a 17 game season puts him in elite company. What he gives up in a few extra turnovers he makes up for in yards gained on the ground. Allen is our only hope at the Championship we all want.
  6. Defense in today's NFL is so difficult. People say be aggressive. But elite QBs statistically thrive against the blitz. We would like nothing better than opposing tema to blitz Josh. Elite QBs make big plays vs the blitz. The challenge is always can you make enough big plays on defense or do you opt to keep everything in front of you and hope opponent makes a mistake such as a penalty or dropped ball. The fan in us says apply the pressure. The analytics probably say rush 4 and drop 7 wins most of the time. In the end, we just need Allen to outscore them. That doesn't mean be foolish and go for it on every fourth down or stop kicking FGs. It means do everything you can to make Josh's job easy and get the ball in the hands of Diggs, Knox, and Kincaid early and often.
  7. Laugh all you want. He has three Championships.
  8. Agree. Except why do you call it Frazier's defense? That's my point. It was always McDermott's defense just Leslie calling the plays. I don’t understand why people think it will be any different. As I said at the time, the only thing that is exciting is McDermott has total accountability good or bad this year on how the defense performs.
  9. How does McD the HC get a pass if his DC is not being aggressive enough? Isn’t it McD’s job to make sure his coordinators are doing a good job.
  10. I don't put too much stock into position coaches. They are probably slightly more valuable than a useless special teams coach. Isn't Kromer supposed to be one of the best and Bills OL has not been even average. That said the Pats OL coach was supposed to be very good. I would not know how to judge but I will accept it as fact. Im sure he helped but its still the players and the OC that matter most.
  11. So was Allen his first year. 10 TD 12 INT and 8 fumbles. And it is Pickett not Pinkett. Pickett may yet get better only time will tell. Allen Pinkett retired along time ago and was a RB. Funny if you google him, the first 3 pics of him are him running against the Bills.
  12. LOL. Coaching cost us SuperBowl XXV and coaching cost us 13 seconds. Allen lacks for nothing except a coach to get us over the hump. Whoever this troll was that started this thread has no clue. Brady had Moss, Edelman, and Gronk after he won multiple SuperBowls with a great defense. It was a defensive masterpiece play that beat the Seahawks and an amazing gameplan that beat the Rams. Make no doubt Belichick is not the greatest of all time without Brady, but Brady doesn't win 6 rings in Boston without Belichick. Allen right now is a top 3 player in Bills history after Bruce and OJ. If he wins one Lombardi then he and Bruce will stand alone as the two greatest Bills of all time.
  13. 1. AFC East 2. AFC North 3. AFC West 4. NFC East 5. NFC North 6. NFC West 7. AFC South 8. NFC South I am predicting whoever wins the NFC South will have a losing record.
  14. 12-5. Two more losses than last year but they will still be a better team. McD will need to win a road playoff game to get to the SuperBowl.
  15. Yeah AZ is certainly one of the front runners. I just think Bryce Young is going to be terrible.
  16. Best performing rookie : I'm going Kincaid. Torrence is a great choice too, but if used correctly Kincaid is a matchup nightmare that can dominate. - Offensive non- skill position MVP: Morse - he's been a target for criticism from me, mostly due to his contract. But he is solid center and in his final year in the pivot he will play very well with better guards next to him. As for Dawkins - I think he will be the worst player on the OL this year. He is in serious decline. - Best Running back - Yards - Cook. TDs - Harris - Offensive dark horse : Diggs. I know how can he be the dark horse? Well some on this board think he is a diva and a cancer. I still think he is a top 3 WR and I think this year he gets the appropriate number of targets for a top 3 WR. Look for him to get 120-125 receptions this year. - Defensive dark horse - Hyde returns from injury and with a better pass rush, he gets 6 INTs this year. Contrary I can see a scenario where Rapp starts to take some of Poyer's snaps as the season wears on. - Defensive MVP - Hyde - see above - Player most likely to underperform - Davis. I like him a lot and defended him this entire off-season. I think he still may get 8 TD receptions but I think he will struggle to get 600 yards receiving. As above I think they feature Diggs more, and there are just too many other option on offense. This offense will be best if Davis is a very high YPC guy and is 4th or 5th on the team in targets. That means they are running a lot of stuff through Diggs, Knox, Kincaid, and another option.
  17. I left out the Chargers. I like Herbert a lot but they have let me down so many times in the last three years I just can't pick them again. Went with the Steelers as I think Baltimore takes a step back and they part ways with Harbaugh at the end of the year. Also see Browns imploding as Watson doesn't give a crap with his guaranteed money. I could see the 49ers not making the playoffs with their QB situation. Nothing would make me laugh more than to see a team so stacked put all their hopes into Mr. Irrelevant and watch it all implode. Something about John Lynch always rubbed me the wrong way. I have no good reason not to like him, but I just don't. However they get to play Arizona and Rams 4 times and they always play Seattle tough. That weak schedule which also includes Giants, Commanders, Browns, and Bucs will probably be enough to get a WC.
  18. AFC : Bills, Bengals, Jags, Chiefs AFC WC : Jets, Steelers, Broncos AFC Championship: Bills Jets NFC : Cowboys, Lions, Seahawks, Bucaneers(with an overall losing record) NFC WC : Eagles, 49ers, Vikings NFC Championship: Cowboys Eagles SuperBowl : Bills 34 Cowboys 24 MVP: Allen Coach of the Year: McCarthy First coach fired : Stefanski With the first pick in the 2024 draft, the Panthers select Caleb Williams
  19. His contract extension was signed in 2020. I beleive at the time only Kittle was paid higher.
  20. Mahommes was highest paid QB in the league when he signed his extension. Kelce's contract was signed in 2020 and he got a raise in 2022.
  21. Its interesting. If he hadn't gone back to college for senior year he would be discussed as one of the biggest draft busts of all time. He was a preseason consensus #1 overall pick after his junior year.
  22. Oh stop. Fans care about dynasties. Players want to win and get paid. It's the teams responsibility to choose who to pay and who not to pay to fit under the cap. Every player wants to get paid what they are worth and so do their agents. Even when Brady took slightly less he was always paid in the top 5.
  23. Wow that is really poor form. He needs to mind his own dam business when it comes to other people's money.
