  1. Re the Indy situation, I heard on SiriusXM NFL Radio last week that a possible reason Josh "Daniels" may have reneged is that Belichick warned him off that job after he accepted. Belichick spent some of his early years a young assistant for Jim Irsay's Baltimore Colts, and Bill knew too many negative things about the family for it to be a good environment for Josh. Frank Reich learned the hard way.
  2. Waiting for someone more clever than I to make the obvious joke/comment.
  3. We did win the AFL Championship twice in the 60's. Don't forget: 2019 blown 16 point lead to Houston in the WC 1980 last minute Fouts to Ron Smith 50-yd TD pass to give San Diego the win in the divisionals 1989 dropped Ronnie Harmon pass from Kelly at Cleveland in the divisionals to allow them win the game Also, while not choking away a game, but heartbreaking nonetheless: 2004 season-finale loss at home to Pittsburgh against their second and third stringers to not let us get a playoff spot
  4. Maybe the game gets moved to Detroit. A sort of plus for us since we play there four days later on Thanksgiving. Less travel.
  5. For a moment I had to ask myself is today April 1?
  6. Yep, no problem. Sorry I didn't post it yesterday. https://www.eaglesmessageboard.com/topic/7670-gdt-washington-commanders-philadelphia-eagles-11-14-22-815-pm-est/
  7. After the Bills heartbreaking loss to Arizona in the Hail Murray in 2020, they went on a 6-game winning streak to end the season. It's going to happen again this year. It starts next week vs. Cleveland.
  8. Wow...just wow: https://www.eaglesmessageboard.com/topic/7670-gdt-washington-commanders-philadelphia-eagles-11-14-22-815-pm-est/?do=findComment&comment=1152583'\ "I will say it’s an absolute embarrassment how the NFL robbed the sole remaining undefeated team tonight. As the last undefeated team we should be getting favorable calls not whatever the hell tonight was. Heinecke was baiting to get a flag and a flop. BG actually did well to lay off and not hit his head."
  9. Having a lot of fun reading the Eagles board. They are having a complete meltdown. 15 pages in the last 10 minutes on their GDT! They want their DC Gannon fired. They are now predicting a 10-7 record. LMFAO.
  10. LOL...on the Eagled board, half the posters are blaming the refs.
  11. Bye-bye to your number one power ranking Eagles!
  12. Haha! Excellent catch! Will fix. [All the "2"'s must be getting to me November 2, 2022".] I hear you. I've lucked out for all but three games I think. [And I got a look at the preliminary maps yesterday (site requires registration so I can't post a link), but Bills fans won't be happy with the coverage. And that's why we got CBS's number 5 team.]
  13. Just a reminder: this event is coming up Sunday. Repeated from the original post: "November 20 - 10 AM-4 PM - Cleveland at Buffalo [NFL Hall of Famer(s) present to be determined] - Thanksgiving themed: https://www.profootballhof.com/events/2022/11/browns-vs-bills-—-best-football-day-ever/ "Two legendary franchises and proud fan bases collide Nov. 20. This Thanksgiving themed event is presented by Visit Canton and Coors Light. General museum admission gets fans access to tour the museum all day, watch the Cleveland Browns vs. Buffalo Bills on our state-of-the-art, 36-foot-by-10-foot high-definition screen and the chance to enjoy a tailgate-like atmosphere with complimentary food, interactive games, DJ B-NYCE and the opportunity to watch their favorite team with NFL legends in attendance. Beverages will be available for purchase. Doors will open early as we invite you to join us for a live broadcast of "WOIO’s Tailgate 19" featuring Browns legend Josh Cribbs." --------------------- Also, I tried to edit my original post just now, but it wouldn't let me without shortening the title to under 100 characters, lol.

  15. Thank you. Ugh...Cam taketh then giveth away. 😪 I guess it was a smart play by Hockenson, just like Diggs when he batted down the ball to prevent a pic. Ok, noted. I am going to edit my post to say it was "10 yards". Thank you.
  16. Looking forward to Daboll coming to Buffalo next year.
  17. Wonder if McD will bench him like he did McKenzie last year.
  18. Yep, we lost by just 3, 3, and 2 points against good teams who saw us as their SB. That's it. We have the highest point differential in the league at +99. (Philly is second at +90 and KC third at +64). I am not worried about this team. There will be bumps in any season, even for the best of teams.
  19. I was not able to watch the game, and had to listen to the WGR live call. I have two questions for those who actually did see the game: 1. On the first Buffalo field goal I think it was, on the play before when Josh didn't hit Singletary, Eric Wood said he had Shakir open for the TD, but his read was to Singletary's end. Was this the case? 2. On the Hockenson offensive pass interference, Eric Wood said Dane Jackson Cam Lewis, I believe it was, got a jump on the ball and would have intercepted it, but Hockenson had to interfere to prevent that. Again, was that the case? I think the penalty in that case was a joke--15 10 yards. If it has been the other way, the offense would have gotten it first and goal at the one.
  20. I'm not advocating for him, but Daboll should be an option. Also, Miami and the Raiders call their coach "McD" as well.
  21. There is no way KC wins outs. So if Buffalo does, they will be the number one seed.
