  1. Not a word about this on the Giants forum They must be asleep at the wheel, lol. Also, they have the picks to give, as they were awarded a 5th and a 7th by the NFL yesterday in comp picks, plus they get KC's comp 3rd from the Toney trade.
  2. [didn't see this posted elsewhere.] SF gets 7 picks (including three 3rds). Giants get a 5th and a 7th, plus KC's compensatory 3rd from the Kadarius Toney trade. KC gets a 3rd (traded to the Giants), 6th and a 7th. Rams get three 5ths and a 7th. New England gets a 4th and a 6th. None for Buffalo.
  3. The Houston Texans have been stripped of this year's 5th and fined $175,000 due to a Deshaun Watson salary cap violation. The Texans disagree with this decision but will accept it.
  4. Yeah, I noticed that too. That user is a traitor to all of Buffalo. Why would a Buffalo person like the Jets over the Bills?
  5. As others have said, it will be made official next Wednesday when the league year begins. Also, on the Ravens forum, some are complaining they only got a 7th, and a 2024 7th at that. They wanted a 5th. Maybe, but they still do not have Josh Allen.
  6. Long letter from Calvin Ridley. Looks like he is truly sorry, has learned from his experience, and is now prepared to be a force with the Jaguars. Buffalo will have its hands full when we play them next year.
  7. Mine had a rooftop motorized antenna too. Plus no VCR, no cable TV, and no shower. FOX and their primetime cartoon and/or crude shows did not exist. I actually liked the olden days in many ways. Things were simpler. There were also blackouts in the NFL, which were not a bad thing in many ways. Sorry. But that's just my opinion.
  8. Yep, it's a non-story. I said that in an early post on the first page, trying to quash this topic, but it took off. It's the off-season...I guess people are bored. In many ways, the world would be a better place without social media. Why are young people obsessed with this? It got Ja Morant, Kyler Murray, Ye, Cole Beasley, Kyrie Irving, and even Lebron in trouble. When will people learn? Now you even see news articles on ESPN consisting entirely of a summary of people's Twitter reactions. Real journalism....at it's finest. SMH.
  9. Here is the article for SI's top 50 free agents from today (3/7/2023): https://www.si.com/nfl/2023/03/07/2023-top-50-free-agents-ranking-best-fits [first 5 premium articles are free to read] Edmunds is 19 and Poyer is 22. Top 10 are: 1. Lamar Jackon 2. Orlando Brown, Jr., OT, KC 3. Javon Hargrave, DT, Philadelphia 4. Daron Payne, DT, Washington 5. Jamel Dean, CB, Tampa Bay 6. Jessie Bates, S, Cincinnati 7. Daniel Jones [now signed by NY Giants] 8. Dalton Schultz, TE, Dallas 9. James Bradberry, CB, Philadelphia 10. Tony Pollard, RB, Dallas
  10. Is there a team stupid enough to give him that fully guaranteed contract? Only the Jets come to mind, lol. I predict he throws a sissy fit and does not play this season or report until the end, when he has to to get the accrued year credit. Plus, it could be argued he did not play in the playoffs last year when he was fully capable.
  11. Twitter is back up now, but you have to repaste your tweets if you want them to embed. I did mine above, but I see people are now discussing this issue in a new thread. [Thanks Elon for not doing proper testing before rolling out a new feature.]
  12. Don't know if he has unfollowed Buffalo before, but he is always doing weird stuff on his social media, like last year:
  13. With Diggs, it's just normal behavior. This is a non-story.
  14. Ugh. Twitter is down right now. https://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2023/03/06/report-titans-are-shopping-derrick-henry/ "Report: Titans are shopping Derrick Henry Titans running back Derrick Henry could be on the way out in Tennessee. The Titans have been shopping Henry, according to Michael Silver of BallySports.com. Henry is due a base salary of $10.5 million this season, none of which is guaranteed. If the Titans were to trade him, they’d save $6.3 million on their salary cap in 2023. The 29-year-old Henry was the NFL’s offensive player of the year in 2020. He has led the NFL in rushing yards twice and led the NFL in carries three times, including last season. But his yards per carry average dropped a full yard from 5.4 in 2020 to 4.4 in 2022." ---------- EDIT: Twitter is back up:
  15. I'd love Dawand Jones as a T, but I doubt he lasts until our pick in the 2nd. Probably gone in the 1st.
  16. The problem with Patteron is his severe lack of athletic ability. He is a backup at best and will be drafted Day 3, if at all. 33rd's NFL-style big board has him rated at 5.80: 5.70 – 5.89 - 7th Rounder - Bottom of Roster, Practice Squad https://www.the33rdteam.com/nfl-draft/2023/players/jarrett-patterson-35554/
  17. It may be disgusting to some people, but it is the only source of casein protein. That, especially when combined with whey protein, is the most potent combination for muscle hypertrophy. Athletes really do need it. Humans do a lot of things other species can't do. Milk is healthy and produces optimal strength. I drink up to 1/2 gallon per day.
  18. I predict this thread will be moved to OTF.
  19. They have no cap space for what Jackson wants. Same with Rodgers if doesn't want to take a drastic pay cut. ---------- On the Dolphins forum, most are calling this report bogus.
