  1. I may be biased but Ted is better than all those names. Next closest is Vince Wilfork. Same kind of player as Ted though
  2. Right I agree and that’s why I started this thread. He improves the rushing defense of a team vastly. More than most LB’s or DE’s
  3. I disagree....Ted is HOF worthy. Name a better NT. And no Fred Smerlas was not better
  4. We have no clue how he’ll be as OL Coach. I’m not sure who people were expecting.....maybe Russ Grimmmmm ? Give this guy a shot.
  5. I thought the same thing. They were getting too beat up and even if they pulled the game out on Sunday, I can’t see that defense (with an injured Fletcher Cox) finding an answer versus the Rams offense But Gronk’s receiving ability seems to be somewhat diminished. You said “he can block, that’s all that matters.” I disagree. Like you said, you have to be a dual threat
  6. Should be no surprise. They’ll trade Foles for a good pick. This is a great problem to have
  7. If blocking for a TE was so important, Khari Lee would be an All-Pro
  8. How is this any different than an interview recap from WGR? Some people like to read excerpts and not spend the whole time listening to audio. I enjoy sharing these notes and people here seem to like to read them.
  9. It’s actually pretty good. Bucky is not that bad and he makes fun of Sully for being salty. They get good guests and have strong opinions. It is worth the download
  10. Listened to the Bucky and Sully Show on 1270 AM in Buffalo. Some real interesting points. - Sully said Bills fans need to stop complaining about the Patriots. He said that as a Red Sox as a fan in the 1970’s, he’d always cheer for the Yankees after they beat the Sox. Fans shouldn’t be happy rooting for another team’s misery. Bucky said he has Patriots fatigue. - Sal is sick of the Patriots but said it was no surprise that New England took a dump all over San Diego. All 3 hosts trash Gus Bradley’s defensive plan and Sal said he knew SD would get destroyed by Brady. - Oddly enough Bucky praised Gronkowski and said he had one of his best games as a Patriots (1 catch for 25 yards!?!?). As said San Diego sucks because they couldn’t even stop a 32 year-old Julian Edelman. - Talk switches to how team won with running the ball last week and why the run game isn’t dead in a passing league. Sal says you can find running backs anywhere as evidence by CJ Anderson, and that the Bills should definitely move on from McCoy. Good segment that you can hear below: https://itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/the-bucky-and-sully-show/id1442870374?mt=2&i=1000427633267
  11. I’m sure he’ll be working extra hard with Matt LaFluer calling plays and Aaron Rogers at QB.
  12. Bills fans will always find the opposite of the a silver lining. This was actually a compliment to Allen
  13. Or he could flop without Aaron Rogers
  14. The Gase presser should be a thread if it’s own IMO. Really great stuff. But he seems to legit have some sort of tick. An extremely odd press conference
  15. They have relationships with players and agents and teams. Yes usually they report situations when a team offers a player a contract and they decline.
  16. Well this logic is pretty silly. Considering that none of the media reported anything about a deal, I’d have to think he wasn’t offered one. I do believe he didn’t want to stay in Buffalo and ainalso don’t think the Bills wanted to resign him at the deal her was offered. Remembered they were in tonight shape because of some of the Whaley deals
  17. Shouldn’t this be in the game thread? Hes a system QB. He can be effective if you surround him with the right type of talent and call plays to his strengths Funny....many Bills fans feel Pathetic Mahomes would develop the same if he was in a situation with no Andy Reid. I disagree
  18. I don’t believe that he was ever offered a deal. I think the Bills saw him as a #2 WR and didn’t think think he was worth the deal he’d conmand on the open market.
  19. LOL....his supporters sure seem quiet
  20. I would argue that even if they have a bad year next year -5 or 6 wins - McDermott and Beane come back for a 4th year. I can totally see Terry writing a statement like Shad Kahn did in Jacksonville this year, saying he’s disappointed with the season, but wants to see through their long term plan. Plus McDermott has a ton of power at OBD. I think he’ll get the entire length of his contract.
  21. Andre sounds pretty ignorant with these tweets.
  22. So Tony Lynn totally sucks as a coach ....got outcoached way worse the McDermott ever has. Overrrated.
  23. Of course and there’s no doubt about it considering 217 was a rebuilding year where they looked to shed contracts and trade any assets to draft a QB in 2018. But the 2017 won games when they needed to. 2014 couldn’t beat a 2-12 team when to stay alive. I can agree that the overall talent level in 2014 was higher, but that team also underachieved. As a team I don’t think they were better because they couldn’t never play up to their level of talent. The 2017 team oberachieved, in large part to good coaching and some good breaks. Which team was “better?” I will go with 2017
