  1. Ravens, SF or Detroit
  2. I also like BTJ And Tes Walker late 2nd or if we can find our way into the 3rd. I think a lot of this AD stuff is smokescreens. I also like him. Basically I want size and speed. Intrigued by Legette, but he scares me the most. Plus he's older
  3. Also, insurance policies exclude racing. This means, it'll be direct out of pocket settlements for vehicle repairs and bodily injury law suits. After it's all said and done, high six figures at the minimum to resolve all of them. Plus attorney fees, and not even mentioning the damage to both of his vehicles. So yeah...likely in the 7 figures, including the damage to his 2 high end vehicles.
  4. Perfect Gabe replacement. I agree with others, he has much better hands than Gabe, and just overall better.
  5. With the 46th pick of the 2024 draft, the Indianapolis Colts Select, CB TJ Tampa, Iowa State. ®BuffaloBillyG and the NYG are on the clock.
  6. All along I've been on the Nabers train, but given the unlikeliness of it to happen given the price it would take, I cooled on the idea until a few mins ago. Please see below, what Adam Schefter says about what some GM's think about Nabers. He says that NFL teams view Malik Nabers as a stick of dynamite and compare him to Tyreek hill. It starts at the 22:10
  7. I watched my fair share of FSU this year, and do admit that he was a lot of fun to watch. He was a guy that defenses always had to account for, and I thought he was one of the top WR's of this draft class. But I must admit that he probably scares me the most. Even before the slow 40 at the combine, one of the big knocks on his scouting report, was lack of separation. That scares me for any WR transitioning into the NFL where guys only get bigger and faster. He would be worth the risk, if he somehow drops to the 2nd or 3rd round, but not as a 1st rounder, in my opinion. I also do agree that the 40 thing is overblown. Plenty of 4.5 guys that are much better players than 4.3 guys, but there is still a baseline for certain positions, WR being one of them. Generally speaking, I believe the cutoff for WR's is somewhere in the 4.5-4.55 range. There's tons of data to support this. That being said, every once in a while, you get an Antwon Boldin type of exception, who coincidently enough, was also a 4.6 guy from FSU. I believe he went in the 2nd round, if memory serves me right. Nacua who is the most popular comparison, I believe ran in the 4.57. I just read that Coleman hit 21.71mph on the go route...screw all logic, I'm back on the Coleman train.....lol.
  8. If we could somehow end up with Brian Thomas Junior and Cooper Dejean, that would be great. We would have to spend a little capital to trade up, and of course Dejean would need to fall to the 2nd round, for this to be remotely possible. It would fill our 2 biggest needs, with (2) of the best players at their position. Assuming we use Dejean as some type of safety/CB hybrid role. I'm sure McDermott and stuff could find a creative way to implement him.
  9. With the 15th pick in the 2024 NFL Draft, the Indianapolis Colts select Laiatu Latu, DE, UCLA. The Colts went into the draft with a huge need at Corner and would’ve selected Quinyon Mitchell if available. However, the board didn’t fall in favor of that to take place. We gave strong consideration to Nate Wiggins, but ultimately went with the most complete pass rusher in the draft. He passed our medical exams at the combine, and has enjoyed back to back healthy/productive seasons at UCLA. With all the new young guns in the division, what better way to counter, than to bolster the pass rush. @NeverOutNick and the Seattle Seahawks are now on the clock.
  10. My bad. Fixing now.
  11. With the 15th pick in the 2024 NFL Draft, the Indianapolis Colts select Jared Verse, DE, FSU…go NOLES! The Colts went into the draft with a huge need at Corner and would’ve selected Quinyon Mitchell if available. However, the board didn’t fall in favor of that to take place. That being said, Verse is far and away the best player available on our draft board. We also considered Latu, but had injury concerns, and Nate Wiggins, who is a bit undersized (light in the pants). Verse was the cleanest prospect left. With all the new young guns in the division, what better way to counter, than to bolster the pass rush.
  12. Indy, Sea, or Tampa
  13. For me it's Tez Walker. 4.3 6'1.5" Long arms Big hands Route running needs improvement, but seems fixable.
  14. I agree, that Beane got great value, and I'm not disputing losing a round because it's for next year. However, all things are not equal. BB will be here next year to use that pick unless we trade it away. In a lot of other cases, like the Jets for example, there's pressure to win now, and the current regime me not be there next year if they don't win this year. I also love the draft flexibility it created for us this year, when it comes to potential trades.
  15. I watched some Odunze highlights. Everything looks very smooth and natural. Also catches everything in sight. Plus, he's legit a big dude with long arms. Very appealing for sure. I still have Nabers as my 1 And MHJ as the 2nd guy, but I can def see why Odunze is right there with those guys. What are your thoughts about the Buscaglia mock with the trade up to 7? I think Logic started the thread on it? More so the price, and the opinion that Buscaglia might know something.
  16. Agreed. One of the most explosive players I've seen in recent memory. I don't know what those guys are eating in Louisiana, but it's working.
  17. I live in Florida and watch a lot of FSU. This guy is an absolute stud, and probably the best pure back in the draft. Amazing blend of size and speed.
  18. Thanks for the input. Makes sense and logical conclusion. Matches what I feel as well. I have to watch more of Odunze, I'm totally not giving him his due.
  19. Given the increased potential of a trade up, who would you like us to go after? I'm personally a fan of both LSU guys but realize Nabors would be far too expensive to get to.
  20. We have to hope that it's a buyers draft. Those teams that miss out on QB this year, might be willing to sell a little cheaper, in order to load up for 2025.
  21. I have to disagree. When you factor Stephon's age, and cap hit for next year, we got a maximum return. For those that point to the Tyreek Hill trade, he was 2.5-3yrs younger than Diggs at the time of the trade, and a superior asset.
  22. PRETTY PLEASE! I love Nabers a bit more, but splitting hairs here. Plus, I think Nabors has a better shot at lasting until pick 6 (Giants).
  23. He had a bruised ego. I'm sure after that Cincy blowup, there were people in the organization that didn't take to kindly to it. That's the type of thing that starts a divide. Diggs saw how lopsided the count was in Allen's favor, and his EGO hasn't recovered since. (my own personal hot take....lol)
  24. I had the exact same thought. A lot easier to stomach not having a 1 next year, if we have 2 2's. I know I'm dreaming, but Nabors would be the dream pick for me.
