  1. https://sports.yahoo.com/ed-hochuli-says-multiple-times-per-game-thought-player-died-field-232521215.html If he worked any games you knew he would make the right calls. Can still remember how he felt some of the field judges would be better off left in the offices; guys like Jeff Triplette and how Jeff tried to basically run a game with Matt Millen and Ed on the field. Both looking at each other like; who is this clown? Glad to see he is giving commentary hall of fame official fir shore.
  2. It’s a little bit of PUNishment and humor; as even Rick Dennison has been completely demoted to of all things offensive line Coach for the Jets. Anyone whose worked with Volderman will never recover professionally he’s like “The Ringu”.
  3. Both teams have hall of fame Quarterbacks and we are starting over from scratch. As it is the rebuilding would have taken just as long.
  4. Brian Daboll gets a bad rap for having paid his dues continually. While, being in flux from the pros to college ranks and learning the ropes as an Offensive Coordinator. Working with what he has, had injuries to Shady, KB quitting, terrible offensive line play, and guys like Clay who give up so much in the clutch. Along with Volderman and Derek Anderson; to his credit Anderson tried. As for the one who shall not be named it proves no OC will ever make him a passable, passer, passing in this day and age.
  5. McDonalds serves poutine in Canada but my wife makes excellent French-Canadian cuisine. I wouldn’t take poutine from a fast food restaurant for the same reasons I don’t eat road kill. Stadium food you get killed on so you just hide what you can or you go a tail-gating. As a kid can remember my Pup trading a couple of oatmeal chocolate chip cookies for some cheeseburger and pops for us kids. Like the fair (we don’t go to the fair, people die at the fair) they don’t change their grease or oils.
  6. Anthony Lynn has what he did not have in Buffalo. Along with the facts that he has paid his dues. We are going to ask what could have been; if McDermott doesn’t improve to 8-8 or 9-7 in year four and five respectively we’ve got our answers.
  7. I think they quit because it’s a team which wants to win and needs to build itself as a competitor. They are down to the studs and you find the character of a team with those who stay in a 4-9 season. Vontae could have contributed but he quit, McCoy has stayed, Hughes has stayed, and Kyle Williams has stayed. The guys who quit are the reasons why we are 4-9 and not 8-8 or 9-7 now we have to do it without them.
  8. Kelvin Benjamin was quitting long before he came to Buffalo. The guys who have quit; we’re quitting long before they came here. McBeane gave them a redemption chance.
  9. Kansas City just has to wait until Kelvin Benjamin gives up on routes, quits on his Quarterback, and shows lackluster effort during the game. Wish we could have moved him for more draft capital.
  10. My Great-Grandfather the tough old man he was; drank it straight when his maleria kicked his arse.
  11. Having been sober for eleven years now still like fooling myself with tonic water, lemon juice, and water it at least has that taste.
  12. Agreed though there is Stadium-TV for classic bowl games as well. Nothing like watching Bruce Smith or Jim Kelly play college ball.
  13. It will take five years to at least build this team back up again. Ripping it down to the studs for draft capital makes sense in the long term. Rebuilding is what we have to focus on with players; now all we can do is wait for the off-season Kelvin Benjamin quit on us, Trent Murphy is trade bait going into the draft, and we would need at least gambling on three picks in middle rounds to start replacing along the generational age gap of players like Kyle Williams.
  14. We have Ryan Lewis and are developing him into a sure thing. Quit saying Draft this or that; free agency like drafting is boom or bust. We busted on McKelvin and picked him to high.
  15. http://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/25526262/carson-wentz-philadelphia-eagles-fractured-vertebra?platform=amp Would be worried about it fracturing again. Wow, that’s just wow not quite career ending but he would have to evaluate his own life.
  16. I felt like it was “finish him time” and Kano looked at Nate Peterman, said he was to pathetic to kill, and instead took pity and ripped his own heart out instead.
  17. For Buffalo Dead Head fans like myself!
  18. The offensive scheme is dependent on Shady cutting and slipping through tackles. With Ivory as the power back so we would have to draft replacements correctly. Bryce Love and LJ Scott would wrap that up pretty well late in the draft.
  19. David Edwards would make a good fit in the first round. Along with bolstering an offensive weapon like Marquis Brown in the second. The defense spends to much time on the field and the offense needs to be restructured completely. Then we need a dual running back set to pound the holes. As for free agency offensive linemen they make a mint; have to draft and build them up.
  20. Lamar Jackson is building confidence and a groove in Baltimore. Hard part is going to be containing him in the future. Along with finding those who don’t go into an over pursuit when the Ravens could add an effective ball carrier and run delayed draw and counters. On the flip side offensively we don’t have any healthy long-term effective running backs. It basically falls to Josh Allen in going into Archie Manning mode and getting the crap kicked out of him on a weekly basis. Lamar has an offensive line to buy him time and some receiving weapons.
  21. And, like they say on Dilbert it’s like the Holidays and you’ll do something that you’ll regret.
  22. If anything like this happened in Maine, it would be he biggest thing since the Maple Syrup tastings.
