Fans will never cease to amaze me with these "fan narratives" that having nothing to do with playing sports. It's all just a projection of basic human psychology. The Bills didn't win because the entire team was better motivated and gave an extra 10% effort or whatever this guy is implying....for F's sake. Just really stupid stuff.

That's actually really interesting. The ref didn't slightly go for the flag....he made a very fast and violent move to yank that thing out of his belt and throw it 10 yards....and then all of a sudden said "nope, better not." Why? My guess is he realized the tackle was being made for a loss ANYWAY, so the penalty did not impede a defender from making his play...therefore....just let it go. That should NOT be the rationale, but that's my guess as to the ref's thought pattern. That's just horrible. Though we don't know what he's looking at or thinking, TBH.

Is it just me, or is he actively (though perhaps subconsciously) compensating for his lack of hair on the top of his head by growing that thick beard? Certainly not the first man to go this route. It looks funny to me. Good face for writing. LOL

But it's filled with contradictions. It's a marketing driven league about money....so then why would anything good EVER happen to KC or Buffalo? It should be all about the 2 LA teams, the 2 NJ teams, and the Bears every year. I do think the "story line" of the Bills almost missing the playoffs but coming back to make them at the last second is dramatic and something the NFL would love to have happen. Does that mean we will "get calls" in games we otherwise wouldn't have? I doubt it.

Does this mean it isn't coming to Buffalo in 2027?

I fear we will beat them if the win doesn't matter and we have already missed the playoffs. If the win is required to get in, we'll lose. That's my fear, because that would be typical. Having said that, I do think we are the better team and can beat them; the problem is our defense is not close to what it was when we first played. Also, the Miami defense is playing MASSIVELY better NOW than they were then; early in the year they were one of the worst Ds in the league.

I immediately thought of "The Shining" and the scenes surrounding the showdown in the garden maze. Some of the most visually creepy filmmaking of all time. Genuinely scary without resort of foolish "jump cuts" to get there. Kubrik was a freaking genius.

No, that's not the issue. It comes down to an arbitrary definition for what a planet is, and scientists in that field arguing over it and not enough of them accepting that Pluto should be regarded as a planet. You see the same sort of academic bickering in biology circles, where there are endless debates about what new finding constitutes a "new species" or just a variation on an existing one.
