  1. I hope not; Houston sounds a lot better to me than KC.
  2. Flacco is fun to watch; he was "bombs away" as always. Of course, that pair of pick 6s didn't help the cause.
  3. Right now: -4, -23 with windchill, 12 MPH wind Clear sky though! LOL
  4. I was just watching a clip of that. The ground is frozen and has ICE that isn't melting (obviously given the temp) just sitting on the grass. They were like "gonna have to run the ball and hope for defensive takeaways" as the way to win.
  5. I'm in West Palm, about an hour north of Dolphins stadium. This is HUGE Dolphins country here. We ALWAYS get ALL Dolphins games as "our game" on Sundays, often meaning I don't get the Bills, as they play in the same time slot a lot. So, seeing that the game is on for free in Miami, I thought it would be on regular TV here, too. NOPE! That's total BS for all the Fish Fans up and down the Treasure Coast.
  6. The funny thing is the storm is supposed to go through Sunday, Sunday night, and even into Monday! How much and where remains to be seen. I guess this is why they are talking about even going to Tuesday. I still can't believe we didn't build a dome, downtown. Though I did PREDICT we would not, Buffalo being Buffalo.
  7. Despite the fact that Pegula could pay for a "hazardous duty" bonus like you suggest easily, from the money he earned last night, while sleeping, from 2:37am to 2:39am, I'm guessing your brother won't see a dime of any such pay increase/bonus. It's how these guys roll.
  8. No offense, but stuff like this is just f-ing stupid.
  9. It will all work itself out; if a game or 2 is played at an unconventional time, who cares. Adds to the drama and fun of playoff football. There's no magic to how the league schedules this stuff anyway; it's all just trying to maximize viewers anyway.
  10. I don't think the change of schedule impacts the players AT ALL. They are pros. They'll show up and play whenever it is.
  11. This is good news and it definitely helps us. I don't EVER want to see the Bills play in garbage games in the snow like Indy, anyway. That's not even football. That is just play time in the snow. Any skill/talent advantage we have over Pitt (which is a lot) is lost in a snow game.
  12. Why not move the game. There isn't going to be a "game" in the traditional sense. Gonna be a Mickey Mouse contest of fun in the snow with no visibility on the field and mega winds. Anyone can win or lose a game like that; skill and talent just got sucked right out of the equation.
  13. Here is the latest from WKBW Channel 7... "Near zero visibility at times during the game" "Snow coming down 1 inch per hour during game" "Really difficult for folks to get to the stadium from all directions" "Zero to 5 degrees F with wind chill during game" This game is going is going to be a joke, and it is VERY losable. We don't have an obvious advantage playing in Mickey Mouse conditions like that. Josh may not be able to throw a single pass. I can't believe they didn't move the frigging game (change the day, or change the city). https://www.wkbw.com/weather/aarons-forecast-tracking-very-strong-winds-and-snow-for-the-weekend
  14. I loved that video. Can you imagine McDermott or any coach in the NFL having the balls to make a fun little video like that, shooting a little good natured jab at the opposition? I didn't even think about the Pitt fans in the stadium; hopefully the weather keeps them away.
  15. Further proof that billionaires aren't always smart. What a league of idiots.
  16. It sounds like it could be Arctic tundra type stuff! That hugely benefits Pittsburgh. They don't have Josh Allen. All our skill could flush right down the toilet if it's bad enough. Sounds like FOR SURE it will be in 20s on Sunday, with VERY HIGH WINDS. The question is when about a foot of snow is going to get dumped....they only know it will avoid Buffalo and the north towns, but how far south will it hammer? It could be down in the Boston Hills and miss the stadium. Then again the stadium could be ground zero.
  17. They are talking on the radio now about Cleveland being "on call" to be ready to host the game "in case". Not sure what that means or when that decision would be made.
  18. I just read a detailed weather projection for the game. Good luck to anyone going out there; it's going to be hell.
  19. Beane, get 'er done! Get this guy in here; can you imagine BB running the show with a talent like Josh at QB? We appear in 6 super bowls and win 4 of them.
  20. You should try reading some time! There's a big world out there...and lots of readers who know who Ty Dunne are in it. ANYWAY, no to the OP, NOTHING the Bills have done has a damned thing to do with that article, for Christ's sake. I love the notion that the Bills played out the last 6 games or so of the season a certain way because of an article "extra motivating" them to play. Pick up your game man!
  21. Been watching Penix all night and man, he looks terrible.
  22. If Josh has a strong game and the offense is clicking, we could easily blow them out. We are a much better team. Then again, we could lose. This is why it's fun to watch the actual games.
  23. Took me a while to find this conversation. Can't believe there's no thread for the game and there are only 5 or 6 comments in this thread for tonight! Big college football crowd around here, huh? It's a crap game, so most aren't missing much.
  24. Don't think (and certainly hope so as well) that Brady has earned the spot already. The odds of the best man available for the position just happened to be already on staff in Buffalo are about ZERO. But b/c of McDimwit who will always put himself and his career ahead of all other things, he'll want to retain someone like Brady b/c he won't offer any opposition to MCDimwith in the locker room. There will probably be a good OC become available....hire that a guy. There could be firings concerning teams in the playoffs. Give it some time.
