Had a conversation with my brother about this during the game, came to the conclusion they are either running exotic routes or it’s similar to how Stevie Johnson used to get open. Him and Mahomes have an arrangement where he gets to a certain area however he gets there OR he just simply runs to space. Maybe it’s a combination of multiple approaches. someone has to blow him up at the line with another person over top. Obviously not that simple but someone has to figure it out soon.

The bengals have won as many playoff games with burrow as without him. I.e 5 since he was drafted, 5 in their entire history before he was drafted. He’s pretty good.

If anything, tre’s timetable to return to form should help set expectations for von. Probably not going to get much out of miller until 2024.

A value system exists for coaches, some are willing to do ANYTHING to win. Notre dame will never win a national championship because they have academic standards that are higher than required. They value that more than just winning football games. a lot of McDermott’s energy seems to be spent on making sure things go or look a certain way.

I only want Oliver back if we can also get like 5-10 other d-lineman for between $8-15 million per year. It’s all part of my “redundancy method” (patent pending) of defense where I sink all the team’s resources into an excessive amount of average players. By doing this the team confuses the opposition.
