he was talking about second contracts for players. When roster building it’s okay to overpay a josh Allen but not okay to overpay for someone like tee Higgins when you really want Ja’marr chase.
I think Brandon beane has a history of overpaying (draft capital and salary cap dollars) for good and it’s a big part of the problem.
we need to rotate a few of the good player type guys we’ve designated as core guys, simply by resigning them, off the roster and get some truly great players in here.
I would trade any 6 players (not named josh Allen) on second+ contracts for 1 or 2 great players.
