I totally agree on the oline. However, we likely would have had the same issues Cook & Co. had against the chiefs. It would’ve been air it out Josh for 4 quarters. We could never stopped Barkley so it might’ve become a shootout. It would’ve been a fun game to watch, imo.

Cook didn’t have any issues with KC.  He didn’t get the ball enough IMO. 6.5 yards per carry 16 yards per catch, 2 TD’s…

One of the more head-scratching decisions was that when the Bills got the ball back with 3:33 left in the game to try to win it, Cook was nowhere to be found. Even if the first play wasn't designed for him, the running back didn't take the field the entire final drive.

    Cooks  stats vs Chiefs

    13 carries

    85 rushing yards

    2 rushing TDs

    3 receptions

    3 targets

    49 yards

Cook was Buffalo's leading rusher in the game. He averaged 6.5 yards per carry, and his longest run was for 33 yds.

So please, someone explain to me why he was not used?

You’re late to the party with that take, i posted it numerous times during the in game thread.

The staffs use of Cook bordered on incompetence imo.

You conveniently forget how Cook got blown up trying to block for Allen. That's why he wasn't playing there. Ty Johnson is the better blocker.

And yet he wasn’t all that effective either… give the guy running all over the field, catching passes and scoring ….

Chiefs fans owe Joe Brady a massive thank you note, the last paragraph says it all. Buffalo got cute and fell into the trap. You can't run that offense against the Chiefs!

I posted this ad nauseam during and after the game. I despised the game plan, especially the first half.  Cook was completely underutilized. He was running and catching well!

I don’t know why we didn’t ride  him more in this game.

It was also obvious to me that we had the sugar-high version of Josh to open the game.  More running a few dinks  to settle him down would have been appropriate.

I don’t know wtf we were doing. It was a winnable game.   In fact I was underwhelmed with the last two games.  Maybe more game prep and less interview prep we get a different outcome!

    ....what are you 12?

Nah  I dont whine over the refs, grow up

Bills didn’t do enough to win, the scheme gameplan was utter crap - especially in the 1st half, the players came up short in key moments, the defense lacks depth and is mediocre in key areas. You want to beat KC we need to improve.  End of story

    refs? Gtfoh

So many games we've come up just short.  I believe Josh had the OK to call the plays on goal line situations. He BLEW it today with his ego.  There were so many opportunities to just run basic run plays with Cook, Johnson or Davis but he tried to do it all alone.  SAD for the team and BRUTAL for the fans.

I don't feel the same about him anymore!!

    Dumb
