This is spot on. When we can run we’re a different team. Last night Brady had his way with Davis and Cook. We controlled possessions, the clock and the defense only needed 18 minutes of PT the entire game, but we were still basically one dimensional, no pass game, no creativity or movement in the offensive scheme and when we can’t run we’re cooked. Pitt wasn’t good last night, this helped mask alot of our problems and weaknesses. Sure we played with purpose but I still see the same issues as before with Brady, the scheme and the pass game.

Pitt’s D is not Houston’s. Luckily we could run the ball last night, it kept our D on the field an entire 18 minutes for the game. When we can control the game and produce on the ground everything looks good. When we can’t run we can’t depend on the pass & everything goes to $hite.
