Do you guys think the OC operates in a vacuum without direction from McD? Sure Dorsey is dialing up plays but McD is dictating the overall scheme and framework ie more runs, more pocket play, more check downs & less improvisation by JA. I’ve said this in about 3 different threads for the past two days…… it’s ONE HUNDRED % correct! Josh is now operating in a system that doesn’t utilize his best attributes. You can almost see the frustration when you see him on the bench.

And some new guys are successful so what’s your point? So we’re good as is? I see nothing from the current regime that indicates they can produce beyond mediocre. Josh isn’t improving under McD he’s regressing which is never a good sign. So I guess we can put you in the do nothing, stay the course, fear of change McClappy camp. Josh’s issue is McD’s problem and it goes all the way back to the Daboll and McD riff. I believe McD wanted Daboll to do what Dorsey is doing this season and Daboll pushed back. Well McD has finally got his scheme in place and the offense is killing Josh and neutering his game. Josh isn’t a system game managing sit in pocket, don’t run, hand it off & check down qb. I’m pretty convinced this is why he looks so miserable and has been having trouble. It’s just not who he is! Josh is currently in an offense that goes against everything that made him a threat. This scheme is not a fit for his game.

Not talking in season. Most head coaches would give both nuts to have JA on roster.

The way we’re playing and with the upcoming schedule I’m not looking for things to improve. A collapse is a distinct possibility. We’re wasting JA with coaches. I’d say we have a good nucleus with JA to make it attractive for someone like BJ.

Just spit ballin’…. Can we $h1tcan McD and make an offer for Ben Johnson in the offseason. JA’s an attractive commodity going to waste under this current regime. Much rather have an offensive mined younger HC. Thoughts…….

Given the upcoming schedule, injuries, & repeated poor play I highly doubt we break 500. It’s unfortunate but I haven’t seen growth over the 7 games all I’ve seen is regression.

There’s always a few Pollyanna’s in the crowd 😵‍💫Unfortunately no matter how hard I try I can’t be optimistic especially considering the upcoming schedule.

Phins Cincy and Bolts on the road I’d move us to the underdog column. We should beat TB Denver NE @ home. Unfortunately (unless we see a dramatic improvement) the way we’re playing I think we have a legit uphill battle to finish better than 500 imo.
