Plausible X/#1 receiver trade candidates — are there any?
PayDaBill$ replied to dave mcbride's topic in The Stadium Wall
That’s on Brady his 50 50 “chuck” balls on the sideline usually vs the opposing teams no 1 CB is a dumba$$ play call. Coleman needs to be used differently. He needs quick-hitting passes, and more vertical targets where he can use physical strength and size. Brady’s been a clown in the passing game with just about every wideout we’ve had! He made Diggs look washed. Trading Coleman and bringing in a wr1 isn’t going to do squat until Brady figures out how to scheme a passing game. -

Not sure how healthy Hariston’s knee is really. Coleman and Palmer can split time, I think Coleman can have an impact but these 50 50 sideline contested balls are a waste of time and downs. That’s on Brady, he needs to figure out how to best use Keon. -

Giving up Coleman is crazy for a guy that’s one head injury away from retirement. Especially with the Bills injury track record. No thanks. With Kincaid Coleman and Palmer this team was putting up 30 plus. Brady gaffed during the NE game and the loss of Kincaid prior to and Palmer in game caused major problems vs ATL. If you can’t bring a wr in here without too much disruption, don’t do it, I’d rather find a CB or safety. -

Add Olave (I’d prefer Waddle) but I’d like to keep Coleman, imo he’s just not being used properly. I think adding a legit wr1 helps him immensely. -

Another “journalist” living in his basement and throwing darts at a wall. When I see “from what I’m hearing” I immediately think this guy know zip. -

I’d love it if BB could somehow make the Waddle trade happen. -
Lmao he probably got the info from Mr Scoops it’s like a game of telephone. According to Joe Marino, says he’s watched the NFL film & he says receivers are getting open and Josh isn’t seeing or checking down. Also he pointed out that continuing to force the ball into Coleman on these sideline 50 50 balls isn’t that great either because sometimes Josh is committing to it instead of making the read. I do think Brady has been part of the problem the past two games to honest. The game plan to open the half in the last 2 seemed off from how we started the season.

Hot seat? More than likely the next guy to fall on McD’s pointy sword.

A happy message board.

Cordially, Brandon Beane’s Mom -
It’s all in the eye-test, sure 4-2 doesn’t look bad at a quick glance, that is until you find the competition for those 4 w’s are a combined 3 and 17. This team doesn’t look good. Period! Wideouts who can’t get open, small LB’s who are often injured & who lack physicality, a bad secondary, no depth where it matters, a defensive that can’t get off the field on 3rd or 4th, questionable game management and the usual annual injury list galore. We always seem to have the same needs left uncorrected season to season. Sure we have a few bright spots Allen Cook Kincaid Shakir Walker, & O Line is ok but that isn’t enough. Overall this is not a good football team. This team a critically Allen dependent! It’s a re-run every season with the same outcome and with BB and McD not really addressing the right issues. Tell me you don’t know the ending already?

I don’t think Carolina is a give-me, and Philly I doubt that’s a win especially if we can’t correct what we’ve been seeing.

Seriously for two so called geniuses this isn’t cutting it, that’s a lot of whiffs. -
Should have phrased that “to date”

2025 isn’t shaping up to be all that stellar either.

I could see two more losses in there -
It’s the same story every year. How many times to you need to see a rerun before you know the ending. Sorry ! Almost wish we had Vrabel and McDaniels.

A lot of personnel problems to fix, almost too many. Wideouts aren’t good, secondary is bad, LB’s are small & aren’t physical enough and coaching is very suspect. I’ll say it again we had a false sense of security, our wins came against teams that are a combined 3 and 17. This is a marginal football team. Sorry. -

Offense was worse than the defense in the second half. This team needs to make some moves. -

Wideouts are a MAJOR problem. Josh has zip to work with, no One is open. -

Throw the ball there, forget the 6-7 yard shuttle. Josh looks a bit disconnected. -
