  1. lol..I like how after losing to Buffalo for 58 min he has the Pats* at #2...I realize the better teams find ways to win at the end, but #2 seems a bit high...I would think the Titans, Packers and Cowgirls would rank higher when you add in that the Pats* defense are all new..Pats* are top 5(and this is only based on past accomplishments) but #2 seems a bit high right now...I'll take #16 for Bills seeings everyone else(not based off any rankings) had them #25-32 before the season started..lol
  2. hmm..not sure I'd go with that list..unless I'm reading it wrong, it shows Aaron Kampman and Shawne Merriman along with some other starters still without a team...oh and it shows Tully Banta-Cain, who had 2 sacks on Edwards last night, still team-less as well....oh wait..I retract that statement as I just noticed this is 2010's list...which does us no good right now..lol
  3. I can't help but wonder how many other OCers don't do the same as Schonert...I could be wrong, but I've never worked anywhere where any boss gave a crap about input from anyone but other bosses...I would assume football is no different....again I say I could be wrong...maybe its just my crap job experiences that have influenced this thought process...lol...anyways, it's good to hear that he sounds like he's getting his confidence back...sounds like he could be back to his 5-1 start play style and not his play style from the last half of season 2008...can only hope
  4. ...is this a seriouse question?
  5. I'm not 100% sure, because I'm not T.O. and I'm not in his head, but...I think this stems from espn...I was watching the news casts where espn was announcing the firing of Schonert and the female repoter had the balls to come out of nowhere and ask if T.O had any impact or effect on the firing of Schonert...I mean wtf...it seems even when T.O has nothing to do with the news coming out of Buffalo they have to throw him in it for no reason just to say his name...it wasn't long after she asked this assinine question that T.O. twittered...I'm assuming he was watching and got pissed at her and responded thru twitter...JMO tho
  6. so is Rob Johnson :wallbash:
  7. man...good thing I don't run the draft for the Bills..I'm noticing a few names that got cut I had in favor for the Bills drafting this year....OC A.Q.Shipley, QB Hunter Cantwell, LB Zack Follett, LB Marcus Freeman and OT Jamon Meredith...also RB Antonio Pittman I had over Lynch..lol..oh well....of course these cuts do not necessarily mean these guys are bad..some or all could just be so the team can place them on the PS to develop.
  8. thx for the link, but I can't stand reading all that just to see who got shitcanned...so here's another link if you'd like to try it...cuts I noticed rookie center A.Q.Shipley was cut by the Steelers...maybe he'd be a good pick up
  9. ok lets try mine from this post...ok I had 4 on my roster that got cut and I cut 3 that didn't get cut...if you look at my post tho I accidentally left one of my CB's off, but I'll still count that as a miss... so all in all I guess I'll call it 8 misses.
  10. so far, I'm thinking this could be the best draft that Buffalo has had in at least 10 years...but that's still up in the air.
  11. not trying to sound like an ass, but...wich one of us really can answer that question?...I'm pretty sure over 98% of us can't answer that question with experience or sincerity...I'm sure most of us have an idea who we'd like to see as a GM, but really we have no idea...I would assume there are a few qualifications that we don't know about for a GM...all I can really say is, if they do decide to redo the GM spot again. I hope they get someone who can do the job right...lol..I know thats not much, but it's what I got.
  12. speaking of Fowler..he was cut today as well...guess no-one really likes him
  13. hey, just wondering if anyone thinks Buffalo might look at the kickers that were cut to try to replace Lindell at all?...I know it was just one pre-season game, but he did miss an easy chip shot and that 48 yarder just squeaked in...just a thought.
  14. I see this more as "damn it, sucks for Bills"...but I get what your saying...it's actually probably better for Stupar tho...hopefully he can get picked up by a team that needs a starter or #2 TE over staying on the Bills team that he most likely would be inactive most weeks as the #4 TE not sure if you're being sarcastic here, but I'll bite...how often do 6th and 7th round picks actually make a team, or even make the team in there rookie year without being on PS first?...some teams have actually cut rookies they grabbed in earlier rounds, now that's bad drafting...I think it's great that Buffalo was able to find Lankster in the 7th and keep him..so for Buffalo to cut a 6th rounder is really no big deal...he might make the PS anyways. here's the list of players eligible for PS per Chris Brown: Name QB Matt Baker LB Alvin Bowen LB Marcus Buggs OL Chris Denman TE Tyson DeVree DE Ataefiok Etukeren OL Christian Gaddis RB Bruce Hall CB Cary Harris WR C.J. Hawthorne OL Nick Hennessey WR Felton Huggins DT Derrick Jones CB Ellis Lankster DL Corey Mace LB Ryan Manalac RB Xavier Omon LB Ashlee Palmer C/G Brandon Rodd WR Shaine Smith TE Jonathan Stupar he didn't use a comma in his sentence, thus making his sentence a run-on sentence and making it look as tho all names listed where under his "making the team" statement...just so it's clearer for yea..in no way am I being a "grammer police"..as you can see from my sentence structure..lol
  15. well, I was surprised to see them keep McIntyre in the first place...they might have kept him to give themselves another runner if needed, so I say McIntyre gets the cut.
  16. Drunkenmiller was dateing Julie lynn Cialini(sp), a playboy playmate from east rochester...I met her and sold her some insert football cards of Drunkenmiller...she was putting a collection together as a surprise to Jim...not sure if she still lives there tho...I'll have to ask my brother who lives in ER, his wife seems to know the whole damn town...lol so to answer that statement, yes I've heard of him..he played for the san fran 49er's...he dissapeared from football.
  17. most ppl are assuming that the FB gets cut today( I base this off the reactions I've read on this board only)...as Chris Brown has said, the no huddle offense limits the use of a FB unless they intend to stop and huddle and change personel on short yardage plays...I'm going to say that McIntyre does get cut today...JMO tho
  18. I love how that female reporter on espn asks if T.O. could be a factor as to why Schonert was fired..lol..what a stupid wench...they just have to try to add T.O into every conversation about the Bills..sad, very sad oh espn also says that the offense will be run by both AVP and Studesville...or so Shefter says he heard anyways
  19. yea..this could (crosses fingers) turn out to be one of the best drafts in this mellenium for both Buffalo and the NFL...ok maybe the best in the NFL is getting crazy, but..lol
  20. I think Buggs has the lock on being the second MLB spot..guy is good...they might slip A.Palmer in there somewhere as well
  21. I'd be surprised if any of these guys are cut: Lee Evans, Terrell Owens, Josh Reed, Steve Johnson, Roscoe Parrish, Justin Jenkins...T.O leaves next year which would leave us short....Hardy is on A/PUP, Jenkins would be the cut when he came back...IMHO I love how Maybin has shown us what we might be in for this season...A guy with 2 weeks of practice and has 2 sacks and a FF...a few hurries...gonna be exciting to watch him. I think R.Corner has it locked in..I honestly don't think Florence makes the team...didn't do much when healthy and has been hurt.
  22. for a lot of these kids, that's probably true, but for some it just means another door will open....
