as of right now, this is how I see the top 10 going: 1- Bucs - DT Suh 2- Rams - QB Clausen 3- Lions - DT McCoy (might take Okung or Campbell) 4- Browns - QB Bradford (Locker is going back to college, so Bradford is left) 5- Chiefs - S Berry 6- Redskins - OT Okung 7- Raiders - OT Campbell (but probably will take fastest player in draft) 8- Bills - OT Brown (we will have a charlie brown christmas) 9- Broncos - ILB McClain 10- Seattle - OT Buluga I want to see Bills take Campbell, but he might be gone..

If Bills beat PATS & Colts, is the coach search over?
Tsaikotic replied to Chuckknox's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I would hope that no-matter the outcome of the last three games, win or lose, that Wilson would be looking for the best HC and GM he can find...Fewells done a good job with whats he has to work with, but I hope Wilson is not ready to anoint him the next HC of the Bills without bringing in better prospects first. -
If Perry got a fresh start with a healthy Bills team
Tsaikotic replied to SpecialK15's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
are you asking if he had his full roster healthy for the 4 games Fewell has coached or if Fewell had been named HC in game 1?...btw, fewell is 2/4 not 4/5...not sure I see anybody on the IR list that has really been missed except maybe Butler and Mitchell...Scott has played well in Ellisons place and I think Draft has played well also...a Healthy Mitchell rotating with Draft and Scott would be nice tho...McKelvin might be another name missed thats on IR, but the secondary has played well without him and I don't believe he would have made any plays that would give the Bills wins in there 2 losses with Fewell coaching...to be honest, even with a full healthy roster, it is Fewells defense that is bad against the run and it is Fewells defense that plays it's CB's 10 yards off the WR's..it is Fewells defense that has Poz covering the middle of the field and covering TE's...but since Jauron was canned I have seen a better defense on the field...so maybe it was Fewells defense with Jaurons input that was the problem...If Butler could have stayed healthy, I think the O-line would have looked better all year. -
how has he **** the bed so far??...and how is OT Andre Ramsey going to help us at QB and when did he play QB??? :wallbash:

Interesting Brian Brohm Article
Tsaikotic replied to sfbillsfan2's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I'm hoping that he does pan out, but I'm also wondering if Buffalo may be forced to draft a QB early just in-case Brohm doesn't pan out...If they do draft someone like Pike or Lefavour(sp), I'd hate to see that pick wasted...I'd much rather see a DT and OLB in round 2 and 3 to help the run defense...Buffalo would have to lose the rest of the year to even have a chance to get a first round worthy QB or reach for one that could be taken in later rounds...jmo -

Interesting Brian Brohm Article
Tsaikotic replied to sfbillsfan2's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
kind of interesting how both ATL and Baltimore are mentioned as teams that had him very high if not tops on their lists and they both took the QB's that are stated in this article as overtaking Brohm in the draft hunt...Ive been interested since Bills signed him on how Brohm stacks up against 2010's qb's...his stats compare very well against the top draft prospects this year...meaning to say, if this was his draft year and not 2008, would he be the top draft prospect in 2010...I'll be interesting to see if Buffalo sees Brohm as there future qb and decides to skip drafting a qb this year and go after a OT in the 1st round to protect Brohm next year. -
ah ok...thx guys..didn't think about that...

was wondering if anyone out there could explain how the Colts clinched their division with a 11 - 0 record and the next team down being 6 - 5, but the saints did not??...saints are also sitting at 11 - 0 with the Falcons sitting at 6 - 5 same way as the colts division...shouldn't the saints also have clinched??..just wondering why I guess.

only question I have really is...if Brohm was in the 2010 draft, would he be the #1 qb in the draft?...looking at his stats from college, he looks to be the best...that's just stats wise tho..can any of you college followers chime in on his play style vs. the top 4 qb's coming out this year?...the way I see it is if Buffalo is/was going to draft a new qb this year, Brohm looks like the best one if he was coming out this year...this move could leave the Bills the ability to get a top OT and/or OLB in rounds 1 and 2 without worrying about a QB...although they still might grab a QB even with Brohm. I want to add that I believe TE's biggest problem was that he had no real qb to learn from and a FO that kept changing his offensive leaders/coaches...I believe TE will be a better qb on another team with a qb and good coaches to learn from...Brohm at least had Rodgers to learn from and a more stable FO in GB even only being on the PS.

wish I had a couple of extra inch's as well.....ok that's just bad, I'm short (5' 6 1/2"), that's all I meant..lol..anyways...does this signing mean they most likely won't be drafting a QB this year?...I'm not really liking any of this years QB's...yes, I know I have Pike in my mock, but my mock was written b4 the events of the past week..lol

sha na na ahan? ...btw...Kthxbye, as in ye, not ai.... jeesh..lol -
lol... actually I don't get why some ppl keep saying fire the man...he's a great salesman, but just not a good GM...Ralph should just tell Russ "thanx for trying and putting up with my senile ****..now you can go back to what you do best"...

why would you cut TE's?..even if he's not a starter, he's still good enough to be a 2nd Qb...I'd keep TE's and let him compete for 2nd or 3rd string QB...there are not enough QB's out there right now to go and cut all 3 of our QB's and start fresh...here's a list of next years QB's..I might see getting one of them but not 2 or 3..well maybe 2 but definatly not 3...btw, we have Brohm now, anybody know how good he is and whether or not he could replace TE's as a #2 behind one of these guys or a rookie? 2010 list of free agent QB's: QB Charlie Batch (UFA) QB Kyle Boller (UFA) QB Mark Brunell (UFA) QB Jason Campbell (UFA) QB Kellen Clemens (UFA) QB Brodie Croyle (UFA) QB Jake Delhomme (UFA) QB Tarvaris Jackson (UFA) QB Jon Kitna (UFA) QB Eli Manning (UFA) - stays with NY QB Josh McCown (UFA) QB Matt Moore (RFA) QB Kyle Orton (RFA) - most likely to stay with Broncos QB Chris Redman (UFA) QB Ben Roethlisberger (UFA) - stays with the Steelers QB Sage Rosenfels (UFA) QB D.J. Shockley (UFA) QB Troy Smith (RFA) QB Brian St. Pierre (UFA) QB Charlie Whitehurst (UFA)

ok take those 8 games and then add 1 game against the Jets in cold NY/NJ and then add another game against NE in a cold weather state (course this is assuming we go to those venues in the second half of the season)...but to answer your question, the same damn thing other good teams with big lines do when they play in warm/hot weather...no one said for the Bills to search the land for 400+ lbs linemen, just maybe bigger than 119 lb. olb's...I wonder if the new DC is going to want to switch to the 3-4 like all the other teams have done the past 1-2 seasons...

This quote by Jauron is just unbelievable
Tsaikotic replied to Mike in Syracuse's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I kind of agree with him to a point..I think Wood and Levitre are going to be good, in time...they might need till next season to really get going...the line is a jumble of first year starters and rookies..no real vets to learn behind either...I think they add an OT in this years draft, someone like Okung or Williams(yea I know, who wants another Williams on the o-line..lol) -
Okung, Clausen, and Suh Are Still On The Board
Tsaikotic replied to H2o's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
ya, I was just about to say that even with the Bills bad record they will still be looking at picking anywhere from 7 - 9 in the draft...Okung is who I'd take, but I think Lions grab him to protect Stafford..so next would be Trent Williams OT Oklahoma...not sure if hes top 10 quality tho, if not then I'd go for Gerald McCoy DT Oklahoma ...then maybe Pike in round 2 -
I think people are reading to much into player comments...and the media does what it always does, over hype anything any player does or says...I haven't seen everything Whitner has said about Vick, but the little I did see seemed to be more Whitner saying "hey keep your chin up Vick, I believe in yea" then "hey Vick, I think TE sucks and we could really use yea here in Buffalo"...F. Jacksons comments were per norm for any player that isn't trying to start any controversy..."I mean anytime you add a playmaker like that to any roster it’s going to be a good add, but that’s not up to me. But I would definitely welcome him. He’s a playmaker and he can make plays for anybody." - F. Jackson...this quote doesn't say to me anyways that he wants Vick in Buffalo over Edwards...to fallow up on your statement here Major you have to see that Jacksons comments were asked by the media and Whitners comments were done on his own via twitter..so the only one of the 2 you listed that are even seeming like stating comments against the FO is Whitner...and we all know how his mouth can get him into trouble sometimes...but all in all I view these statements as harmless and not deviant in nature towards the FO or the other players on the team...but what do I know, I'm just a Bills fan, that alone shows I'm not to smart..lol now to add to the drivel about Vick that has taken over the topic of this thread...I personally would not like to see Vick in Buffalo...It has nothing to do with his non-football life and all to do with his play on the field...I don't like how Vick plays the QB position and I feel he'd be way better on a team like Miami running the wildcat offense...

Proof that no matter where you go...
Tsaikotic replied to Rubes's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I don't know what these guys are bitching about really...I'd love to have Cutler on this team...at least they have a QB that can throw for 300+ yards in a game, even with 5 int's...their problem is that they don't have a #1 WR or maybe even a #2 as well...I'm not really to familiar with Hester, so I can't say if he's more of a #3 or even a #2 WR...but when your leading receiver is your RB, that shows you need help at WR...so the WR problem added with whatever other problems they are haveing, probably show that the Bears FO needs a kick in the pants. on a side note...I'm really glad that we don't have posters like that one guy they have that keeps posting the same post over and over again..that guy is a douche -
Edwards, Flutie, Fitzpatrick, Bledsoe

Any fine or penalty for the sucker punch Fine took?

Any fine or penalty for the sucker punch Fine took?
Tsaikotic replied to The Guy's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
thats not what I saw at all...can't remember what Fine did on that play, but Jets #94 was definatly swinging and connecting...Fine turned to square off against #94 and then another Jets player starting swinging, or maybe it was him that you saw pushing...it was the second Jets player that got booted from the game...but from what I saw it was #94 of the Jets that should have been booted...the way Goddell is handing out fines this season, I wouldn't be surprised to see both players from the Jets fined...at least #94 for sure. -

Aaron Kampman struggling in 3-4 Defense
Tsaikotic replied to Glass To The Arson's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
profootballtalk.com says KC's DT Glenn Dorsey in also up for trades because he can't make the transition from a 4-3 to a 3-4...not sure how good he is tho...and no I'm not saying "I know his name..get him!!"...mainly saying how its weird that the teams that decided to switch defenses cant get their 1st round DL'men to play good
