  1. errggg...won't let me pick..keeps giving me an error message..lol
  2. are we picking 2 from the OT Davis option?...maybe add a third box for 2a and 2b for trade w/jax ppl...just a thought
  3. don't you mean Jax?..it's 18 - 14 with my switch right now
  4. I chose the trade w/ Houston, but after thinking it over i think I'd rather trade with Jax...I wanted the extra 2nd round pick, but I don't think any viable LT will be there at 20...I do think the Bills need to start working the draft like the Pats* do..I wouldn't be upset if the Bills traded away the #9 for extra picks in rounds 2 and 3...of course this would make getting a LT harder, but I think with the new 34 defense they could use as many picks as they can get..draft could look like this with a trade away of the #9 and trade Lynch for a #3: 2 - Cam Thomas NT 2 - Corey Wootton DE 3 - Eric Norwood OLB 3 - Toby Gerhart RB 3 - Jason Fox OT 4 - Linval Joseph NT 5 - Cameron Sheffield OLB 6 - Micah Johnson ILB you guys can fill in the rest..lol 6 - 6 - 7 - 7 -
  5. sorry, not trying to be the plagiarism police but don 't forget to add the link to the article b4 the Mods see it...you're not supposed to post articles on TBD w/o links..its plagiarism and could get TBD in trouble...just trying to let you know b4 you get yelled at..lol
  6. ppl are saying Gailey will run a spread offense...what exactly is a spread offense and what does it entail?..do we have enough WR's to do this?..what do you think Buffalo needs to get to run this offense?...hehe, sorry..just wanted to pick your brains on this as I'm trying to do my mock draft and wondering if we have the necessary components for this offense they want to use...so far I see our WR's being Evans, Johnson, Hardy, Parrish and Reed...not sure if Parrish fits or will be kept...T.O will be gone most likely and Hardy is still a ?...I like Reed, but does he fit and/or stay?...From my understanding the spread is a 5 WR with no RB and the QB in shotgun...although I see more of a 4 WR with RB and QB in shotgun...but does this mean 4 actual WR's or just 4 receivers consisting of WR, TE and RB's?..if so, then it really doesn't sound all that different then just an offense..ok I sound stupid here, but I'd really like to know..thanx
  7. I don't see Miami trading a QB to the Bills unless they feel that QB won't make much impact on the team...or at least that wouldn't be something I would do as a GM...I just don't see it happening...could be wrong, but...
  8. Rob "I sucked in Buffalo and then got a ring with Tampa" Johnson
  9. anybody remember how he got this nick-name..I remember how Talley got "spiderman" but honestly can't remember how bennett got his
  10. if the Bills really want him, they could just sit and wait ...Philly has till March or end of Feb or something like that to decide to either keep Vick or release him before they have to pay him an extra $5mil( I believe its $5mil anyways)...of course if this does happen, they'd have to compete with other teams for him just like as if he was a FA...Philly could decide to keep Vick if they keep hearing teams are interested in him in hopes that they can get draft pick for him.
  11. 1 - Bryan Bulaga OT Iowa or Anthony Davis OG Rutgers 2 - Jason Pierre-Paul DE South Florida 3 - Arthur Jones DT Syracuse 4 - A.J. Edds OLB Iowa
  12. his problem never has been his quick release or his completion %..the problem I see is how long he takes to make a decision on where to throw and his choice of where to throw, which I believe stems from his concussions, bad o-line play and all his hits...not that the concussions actually had a "brain damage" effect, but maybe he became scared...I wish someone would just slap him and say something like "wake up you kitty, start playing like a real QB" edit:..I didn't type in kitty..lol
  13. is Blount that kid that got suspended for the year for attaching someone after the game was over?...not sure I'd want that type of attitude on the team, but I could be wrong...can't believe how far Greg Hardy has dropped in mock drafts from last year...guess he should have declared a year early to get his big pay day...
  14. I don't agree with that comment..there are at least 6 LT's that should go in round 1...Okung, Campbell, Davis, Brown, Williams and Bulaga...Okung should be top 5 pick...this is a very good draft for LT's...Depending on which "draft experts" you talk to, Williams could drop to round 2...Fox could be there in round 2, but hes coming off surgery and could drop to round 3...after thos 7, I have no clue as to who the better LT's are.
  15. man I hate it when that happens...not that it does..
  16. while I agree that the penalties Incognito received while playing for STL are things I don't want to see in Buffalo, he behaved himself in the games he played here...I'm willing to call all that the past and hope to see wonderful things in the future from him in Buffalo red, white and blue
  17. I'd actually like to see Levitre move to RT with the line looking like this: Rookie LT - Incognito - Hangman - Wood - Levitre another scenario might be if Chan wants to use Brohm as the QB and letting Brohm's college center be his pro center: Rookie LT - Incognito - Wood - Levitre - Meredith my main idea is that I'd love to keep the mean attitude guys on the O-line (Wood, Incognito and Levitre)...Levitre played OT in college and Wood played OC...Meredith was a 2nd round draft talent that I think has some upside...keep hangman as depth along with 1 or 2 of Bell, Scott and Ramsey..also keep Butler as OG backup...jmo
  18. there are at least 6 OT's that most mocks have going in the 1st round..obviously thos 6 are the best 6...this leaves about 4 OT's that might be 2nd or 3rd round talent...these are: 1st round: Russell Okung, Oklahoma State, 6-5 302 Trent Williams, Oklahoma, 6-5 318 *Anthony Davis, Rutgers, 6-6 325 *Bryan Bulaga, Iowa, 6-6 312 *Bruce Campbell, Maryland, 6-7 310 Charles Brown, Southern Cal, 6-5 292 2nd round: Jason Fox, Miami(fl), 6-6 314 Selvish Capers, West Virginia, 6-5 298 Kyle Calloway, Iowa, 6-6 322 Ciron Black, LSU, 6-5 322 out of all of these names I'd like to see Buffalo go after Anthony Davis in the first round, but if they do wait till round 2 then Jason fox is the guy...Capers is a RT
  19. If they plan on taking a QB in round 1, I'd hope they at least trade down and grab another 2nd round pick and pick a QB in the high teens or 20's...I think they might go with Brohm and maybe not draft a QB till round 4 or so if they even draft a QB at all...better shot at Locker in 2011 draft if they tank again next season...Hell I'd say no QB this draft and wait till 2011 for Locker while all the other teams have their new QB's from this draft...see something like this: 1 - OT or ILB 2 - OT or OLB 3 - DT or DE(if Schobel retires) 4 - DE or DT 5 - WR or OLB jmho tho
  20. not sure if this was discussed yet..Bills have 3 WR's that will be FA this year..Josh Reed, Lee Evans and T.O...although I thought Evans was re-signed to an extension..??..can't remember...anyways, the pick might have been made with this in mind...either way, I'd rather see OT or defense to help stop the run
