if SJ13 was in the swap then I don't see any need to trade anything past swapping 1st round picks and giving SJ13..no other draft picks would be needed for the trade...maybe a 7th for a little extra ummph..but some are saying SJ13 should be worth a 3rd at least this would still allow Cleveland to pick a good wr like Evans and the rookie pay scale would be lower due to later pick...plus theyd get a good slot reciever in SJ13..it's a win-win as far as i can tell Buffalo could even possibly get a 6th round pick back..so I can see: Bills #9 plus SJ13 for Browns #4 and #180(6th rd)

I wrote this in another thread, but looking at it I don't think it's pick #4 that the Bills are trading for if they are adding SJ13...it's got to be pick #1 or #2..but anyways heres what I wrote: I think it all depends on the teams doing the trade...look at some of last years trades: Miami trades pick #12 and #42 for Raiders #3 - this would be most like what Bills are trying to do...Miami switched 1st round picks and gave up their second round pick to move up 9 spots into the top 3...Buffalo's #9 is worth more then Miamis #12, so i could see Bills swapping firsts and giving a 3rd for Cleveland's #4 moving only 5 spots down with the difference in points being much less then what Miami and Raiders had last year. Buffalo trades #8 and #71 for Rams #16, #46, #78 and #222 - this is a swap of 2 picks in 2 different rounds with Rams giving up a 2nd and a 6th or 7th Cowboys trade #18 for 49ers #31 and #74 - 49ers move up 12 spots for a switch of 1st's and a 3rd round pick

7 Elite Prospects in the Draft

well if thats your view, then your going to hate what some mocks are doing...today they had a mock with 3 OT's going in the top 8 leaving Buffalo with the #4 OT at #9 - Martin...hows that sound to yea.. -
I know we are Bills fan on this site, but I sometimes think ppl forget that Wilson was not the only owner to die this year...Detroits owner, Ford, also died only a month or so b4 Wilson....now I don't know if Detroit is one of the teams that could be forced to do hard-knocks or not, but sometimes the way ppl talk on this site its as if Wilson was the only person in the country to die this year....again I stress that we are Bills fans and Wilsons death is very close to us all...but to think NFL would force Bills to do hard-knocks due to Wilsons death and think they will overlook Fords death is a bit selfish..but thats my opinion...and Im not trying to fling poo at Triplethreat either as a fan I'd love to watch Bills on hard-knocks, but only if it wouldn't hurt them getting prepared for the season...and as others have said, I don't think they'd do much other then mention Wilsons death in a show, but they won't take a whole or half a show to talk about Wilson imo...but, if one of the Bills does have a hot wife, they'd devote a bit of time on her like they did for Miami Dolphins QB Tannehill's wife...cuz shes hot..

...And just like that highest paid no more
Tsaikotic replied to section122's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
i understand what your saying, but Marrone has said many times he wants players that want to play for Buffalo...not that I know what was offered to Byrd, but if he really wanted to stay in Buffalo he would have found a way... -
thats what I was thinking as well...without the tailgating and atmosphere that the Bills stadium offers now, why would U.S. fans want to travel across a border to watch a game?...I can't see the fans from Rochester, Syracuse and farther east going to as many games in Toronto....I just don't see the team thriving in Canada even when the Canadians would rather see them in Buffalo for the better atmosphere

There are only two players worth trading UP for......

If Whaley honestly plans to give Manuel everything he needs to succeed, I don't think Buffalo can afford to give away to many picks this year...I can see Buffalo trading up for Watkins, but they still need to upgrade RT and possibly TE...#9, this years 3rd plus next years 1st might get them there...hopefully less is needed tho...Watkins then RT in the 2nd and then bpa from then on -
I guess I'm not understanding how the Bills have anything to do with this...yes i know its their name, colors and image being used but from what I've read/heard Mr.Wilson wanted nothing to do with the Jills and I'm assuming he put no money towards them.. i could be totally wrong but that's my assumption....I can't say the same is for the other NFL teams being sued tho...I can only assume they named the Bills in the lawsuit to co-inside with the other lawsuits to be uniform...personally I can do without the Jills and see them as not needed..tho it is nice for high-school cheerleaders to know they can pursue cheer-leading after school is over, in their spare time that is..kinda like me playing backyard football because I like playing the sport...but I don't get paid for it
-
am I missing something here?/..I thought Mr. Wilson made it pretty clear that he didn't like or want cheerleaders, did he not?...I was under the assumption the Jills were totally separate from the Bills and Wilson only allowed them on the field for the fans...I assumed some other faction was responsible for paying and organizing the Jills...am I wrong??

Are there no Syracuse players this year worth mentioning?
Tsaikotic replied to D521646's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
heres a list of prospects from Syracuse this year.....looks like nfldraftscout.com only shows 1 player worth being drafted and thats in the 6th....whether Marrone see's any of them as a good UDRFA will have to be seen after the draft since no-one is gonna know who he likes here. Jay Bromley DT rd 6 Jerome Smith RB Keon Lyn CB Marquis Spruill ILB Beckett Wales TE Macky MacPherson C Drew Allen QB Rishard AndersonCB Adrian Flemming WR Jeremi Wilkes FS Prince-Tyson Gulley RB -
Jacobs Family front runners?
Tsaikotic replied to Kirby Jackson's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
from my understanding, and I don't understand much, is that due to the fact Wilson bought the team for $25,000 and it's now worth roughly $900 million...the tax debt after he died would have been in the hundreds of millions for his family...by putting the team under a trust pending sale alleviates the tax's on the family..or at least lessens them by a lot....maybe someone else can explain it better. -

Post Free Agency Bills Mock Draft
Tsaikotic replied to BIllsNation's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
well so far going by this, I hope everyone wants a DB from Ohio State at #9 again...lol...I think I just heard everyone throw up...so far these are the guys Buffalo have brought in for pre-draft looks : TE, Troy Niklas, Notre dame - projected 2nd round CB, Bradley Roby, Ohio State - projected 1st or 2nd round OLB, Ryan Shazier, Ohio State - projected 1st or 2nd round...although most mocks have him going in the 1st RB, Lache Seastrunk, Baylor - projected 3rd - 5th round WR, Cody Latimer, Indiana - projected 5th - 6th round so far CB or OLB would be the first round pick..although they still have 5 more they can bring in to look at i believe...I don't see any of these guys as the pick at #9 tho -

ok thx..I'd be down with this seeings as Pegula would be buying a team that has a good front office already unlike when he bought the Sabres...well maybe a few changes need to be made to the FO, but still not a full overhaul like he needed to do with the Sabres... as for Trump...on another site I read a comment that I found intriguing...someone asked if Trump still had ties to his casinos..and if so wouldn't that mean he couldn't own a sports team that he could be able to bet on or make money with other ppl betting on...would he be willing to cut ties with a casino to own an NFL team? -

I don't see it happening...he wants to much money...if they did sign him and also got Britt - which most likely won't happen either - then I see the wr group as: Sj, Woods, Britt, D-Jax, Goodwin, Barden, Easley(for ST)....then draft Ebron in the first instead of Evans....that would be some firepower for E.J....well on paper it would be anyways. -

this is just what rich ppl do..they buy away their problems...they think everyone wants money more then anything else cuz they dont have any...it'll blow up in his face at some point -
I wouldn't take an OT at #9 ... the top 3 OT's being mentioned for Buffalo to take at #9 are LT's and they know it ... if drafted by Bills they most likely play their part at RT until the rookie contract is done and then the Bills will probably lose them to a team that will play and pay them as LT's ... the pay difference between RT's and LT's is huge ... I normally don't care what a team pays a player cuz it isn't my money, but the players care and they want as much as they can get ... if I was a top LT in draft and had to play RT and get RT pay due to who I was drafted by, I would play my hardest for that team at RT until FA and then jet to a team that will play and pay me at LT ... nothing against that team, but it's just business ... now of course this is if I lived up to my potential, ie: Oher I do want Buffalo to take a RT tho .. and one can be had in rd 2 or 3 with this deep class

why does anybody even pick Parker as an agent..seems all he does is make dealing with teams a chore...
