I like what your thinking, but right now buff sits at the #4 or #5 pick...its gonna take more than an extra 3rd to move down out of the top 5 I talk about the draft b4 the season even starts...as soon as I see the final 53 i have an idea on what they might need

I love McCoy, and I truly believe he loves buffalo now...Sunday's game was the most the Bills have used him so far this season...I just don't see Buffalo getting him his yardage that he wants...if Philly offered a 3rd or better I'd talk to McCoy and see if he was ok with the trade then go from there...Ivory and Murphy would be ok for this season, maybe bring in someone else like Gillislee for c.o.p then work on the offense this offseason

I was born in Binghamton, parents are from Greene and Harpursville, we moved up into Rochester area when I was around 5 ... most of my family lives in the Binghamton area ... some of my family were Bills fans but not die-hard fans ... Syracuse used to be the line where Bills country kinda faded off ...didn't help the jets used to hold training camp in Cortland, which is not far south of Syracuse (so between Syracuse and Binghamton )

after watching Sunday's game I think Holmes should be riding the bench unless its a ST play going on...Zay, Benjamin and Foster actually looked ok....Ray-Ray had a good pre-season with Allen so I'm hoping he'll do good when he's healthy

please hit yourself a little harder...I was referring to the 1 DT released ( who should have been cut on cut-down day if they didn't like him), 2 DT signings and the 1 OT let go from PS this week...I realize De Beer wasn't going to save this team by any means, but I was hoping that they would at least replace the OT with another O-line guy to try to develop some O-line guys...almost every move (albeit not many made) has been dealing with DT position

so the Bills are definitely more worried about their interior D-line then their interior O-line

there's no real way of knowing if the Bills had decided to match the Pats** offer that they still wouldn't have picked Milano with a different pick...they both play different positions so having Mike would not have deterred them from drafting Milano...the question is "without that 5th rd pick from the Pats*** who would Milano have been chosen over in that draft?" do they not pick up Peterman in the 5th or does Milano last until the 6th and then picked over Vallejo?...so really you have to broaden your question because more then Milano is at stake without that 5th from Pats***
