  1. Just as long as I don't need to shovel it I'm happy.
  2. You got it beat man, don't fall back now.
  3. Might be a good idea to close that pool. Lancaster area here.
  4. Oh that's too bad. 73 huh? Well nanny nanny and neener neener.
  5. Stepped outside for a smoke and seen the white stuff with mine own eyes.
  6. Oh yeah from behind too. However in this instance, as the block was actually being thrown, Tucker appeared to be in front of Abraham.
  7. I still question the illegality of it. I have only heard of it being called when the guy is engaged with someone else. Cheap? I would agree but illegal?
  8. Man did he get absolutely hammered on that hit. Perfectly legal, but I would make darn sure to do the same to their punter at the next oppurtunity.
  9. Okay if that's true, ( I only saw the replay ) then it was indeed a cheap shot. That being said, there should have been a penalty on Abraham.
  10. I seem to remember Tucker being directly in front of Abraham. The Broncos lineman came in from the side. While both are legal blocks there is a big difference between being on front of someone and chopping him or coming in from the side and possibly unseen. Should have been a call on Abraham. Had that been a Bill there would have been a flag.
  11. I remember when Derrick Burroughs was a rookie. That guy got roasted like a marshmellow every game all game long. He was becoming one of the best CBs in football when he got injured and had to leave the game. McGee, if he stays in the starting line-up, will get burned a lot. That's what happens to rookie CBs. You live with it because the talent is there for him to become a good one.
  12. The outfits were terrible. There was only three different varieties of costumes. One was a French Maid and I could not tell what the other two were supposed to be.
  13. I would like to trade Traavis Henry to the Colts for Manning and Harrison. Then I'd trade Adams to the Redskins for Portis. I'd trade Coy Wire to Baltimore for Ray Lewis and Baltimores first round pick. Then I'd re-sign Bobby Shaw and dangle him in front of Philadelphia for T. Owens. Next I'd trade....
  14. Actually this is what I wanted to see from Drew for a long time. Make an attempt to avoid a sack. Why I believe he actually rolled out once and threw the ball away to avoid a sack. Good on ya, Drew.
  15. Drew made a few moves in the pocket yesterday and actually avoided some sacks. Was I dreaming this? Also scrambled for a first down and a gain of 11 yards that was called back on a penalty. I must have been dreaming.
  16. I heard that Sol was hurt. Well hurt emotionally because his boss said some very mean and awfull things to him. And his shoes fell off. Perhaps he'll sue everybody.
  17. I see you met my mule. The one that kicked me in the head about this time last week.
  18. Where was I 27 years ago today? Why ummm.... I was...... aaaah...... hmmmm...... aaahh....... at the movies. Yeah sure, thats it, the movies. Good thoughts for you today.
  19. For some reason I woke up extremely optimistic today. I think we will beat the Pats and it will propel us into a ( dare I say it? ) winning streak. Suddenly the offense clicks, Bledsoe becomes efficient, the stupid penaltys are kept to a minimum, the defense actually stops a drive to win a game. We find ourselves battling for the division lead and the playoffs. No 2-14 season here. We go on a roll and we win 11 games and are playoff bound. What brought on this optimism you ask? Drugs? Booze? Was he kicked in the head by a mule? Well, yes to all of the above, but hey, I gotta feeling.
  20. If it is a sunny day make sure you have sunglasses. I've sat there a few times and never had a bad experience.
  21. The Boondock Saints may be mainstream now but a few years ago you had to import it to buy it on dvd. Great movie that became popular by word of mouth and little publicity. Anyone mention the cult classic Freaks?
  22. I'm under the impression that there is no game we can't lose. It's like yesterday once more.
  23. I haven't liked him since he left Monty Python. Except for when he was in A Fish Called Wanda.
  24. I would have been happy if that pass was knocked down. It would have proved that we had a team that could win a close defensive battle and were able to overcome the mistakes made on offense.
