  1. classy that he stayed through the draft
  2. Why? If you're vaccinated, no reason why you should not be able to attend fully. Show your proof of vaccination, and you're in . Follow the science. Do the math. If you're vaccinated, you are no threat to anyone or to yourself.
  3. As I've said many times, no matter how successful the Bills become, media types will always fall back to the "but, hey Buffalo the place still sucks" line of discussion . that will never change. Jimmy Griffin and the '77 Blizzard buried the area's image in the eyes of the national media 40+ years ago and it still hasn't (and probably won't) recover. Which is a shame, bc the place is just fine. Is what it is.
  4. as long as he is vaccinated. team will need to start asking that question. If your not, that's fine, you can't come to our team though as we intend to run the most productive OTAs and training camp in person this year in order to put the most competitive team on the field this year, period end of story dyin to see how this plays out between now and during training camp if the NFL puts the 70% rule in play.
  5. yep.. probably. but who knows..
  6. yeah this thin draft this year was over after round 3
  7. HMMM... my understanding is that there has almost never been a DE taken as low as 30 whom has been an impact NFL player. So I am saying pass on DE as the ones with any real promise will be gone by pick 30. and I am unwilling to move up and sacrifice picks. McBeanes need to load the roster with cheap drafted talent bc when Josh's contract hits, lots of key guys will be on their way out, replaced by the guys drafted this week. Is what it is. Trust the Process. Drafting well and often is a big part of it.
  8. Ok got it. So night before is probably the way to get the best deal, yep. If all else fails , do the tailgate (do you need to show your ticket to get into the lot???) and then go to the Big Tree and watch it there???
  9. Hey I'm stuck in NFC East land, but long time Bills fan, ex season ticket holder (Bledsoe years) , need to figure out how to get the geographically spread out family to a Sept/Oct game this year. I've done Stubhub, etc. but its is so expensive, etc. Any advice? Will the "Bills Tickets and Gear" community page here be useful? Just trying to get ahead of this b4 the schedule comes out in a couple weeks. Thanks all. Really looking forward to getting back to a facility I pretty much grew up in. Will be missing the "octopus" and other banned "features" of tailgating, but I am sure tailgating will be at least some shadow of what I remember. Thanks all.

  11. Good year to not need a great draft. That's my view. Go Bills. McBeanes are killing it. In a bad draft year, they went and parlayed their culture into signing all their FAs! Trust the process
  12. Not sure on this. All I can say for sure is that for the first time in at least 20 years, I can say definitively, in April, that the Bills will be more than competitive against every team they play this coming season. No doubt. Not a team on the schedule that is an L. Nope. that feels amazing.
  13. Bills have football players playing football now.
  14. I agree. The only way to get the under 40s vaccinated is to provide an incentive. If some grandma dies of Covid bc of transmission from someone at a Bills game, Poloncarz wants no part of that I would assume, and that makes political sense I suppose. The alternative I suppose is no fans at all until Covid is eliminated. Which will never happen,BTW (elimination of Covid). So, ....
  15. its because Giants/Cowboys will draw about 5x the audience given the size of those fanbases. its all about the ad revenue and eyeballs my friend
  16. the home opener will be just electric this year... a normal 1pm start would be great against an AFC East opponent. Nice , full stadium. Magic , really. I kind of hope they open up on the road in some kind of road game to make the media happy, but come back for a traditional 1pm start at OP. Just sayin'. . I need to figure out how to get to a game in Sept or Oct. Haven't been in 5-6 years. any ideas?
  17. Just my opinion based on a set of market realities; revenue outside football won't be meaningful, or very relevant to what the PSL or ticket prices will be. new stadium, new pricing. simple as that. MLB isn't coming and really big events likely will not generate meaningful revenue from such a small market , plus wrecking the football sightlines with a multi sport stadium won't happen. A $billion stadium cannot possibly be a smart investment. Go the Lambeau route, just make what's there better. Keep the vibe, its what makes the fan/player/community experience what it is. even if Bills numbers are half of that, it is insanely expensive for 3/4 of the seats.. and I am sure all kinds of other events are held in the meadowlands to "offset" the costs (haha)
  18. so $3,700/8.5 home games per year (ignore preseason; they are joke) comes out to over $400 per game per seat? that is crazy expensive. that is what Bills fans will have to look forward to. So for a family of 4, that's almost $2,000 per game. No thanks.
  19. Renovate the Ralph. A billion dollar stadium will drive ticket prices sky high and bring PSLs into the picture. the area cannot afford that, the whole vibe will change forever
  20. Putting scrapbooks together of newspaper stories/photos in the late 60's (the Dan Darragh/Max Anderson/Dennis Shaw years)... in those marbly stiff black and white notebooks, scotch tape and newspaper articles..hand written captions. I barely remember them. I was maybe 11 or 12. Is that crazy or what?
