I live in the DC area (grew up in Cheektovegas), and can say you will see as much Bills gear as skins gear, there are that many ex WNYers here. YOu'll be fine. My crew will probably grab tickets last minute as everyone is so down on the 'skins its almost like buying tkts in B lo during the drought. Weather will be fabulous here then as well.

If I want a bunch of checkdowns, I can go watch any of 29 other NFL QBs. After 20 years of solid suck , I come for the Josh Allen show. I want to see something I can't see anywhere else. That is what Josh brings. Just my opinion.

Single elimination tournament. Anything can happen in a single elim. tourney. One bad day/bunch of guys out/etc /etc. you lose and your out. As Steve Tasker says, you need to play well on THAT day (ie the day of a tournament game). You can be the best in the league statistically , but if you don't win on that day against that team, you are out. NFL playoffs are kind of a "made for TV ratings " bull#### format where the best team can easily not win the title. Regular season standings should count for a heck of a lot more but they don't in the American sports leagues

whatever you say, champ. Frankly, I'm fine with drafting offense over defense any day. Defense doesn't matter much at the highest levels of the NFL competition anyway. The way the rules are today, you either outscore your opponent or you lose. Nah, just go score 40 a game.

Lions overdrafting Jack Campbell at #18 overall did not help. Was pretty sure he would fall to the Bills, perhaps even in the 2nd round, but not even close. No other starter prospects in the draft this year. Kincaid will be very good though. Bernard will probably be the guy, they are just making sure his hammy is fully healed before putting him out there for an entire season. Just my sense. Who knows. Maybe Rapp plays the position.

yep, bills are loaded at safety, plus Neal, Lewis, Anderson are very strong on special teams. With the loss of all the outside gunners from last year, seems you better be strong on ST to stick on the roster as a 4th or 5th stringer at LB, DB or WR. Doesn't look great for Damar. He'll get picked up by another team. He wouldn't have even seen the field last year but for all the injuries. Maybe the good lord wants him to go run his loaded foundation and do good that way. Not a bad fallback position.

a great example of why smallish QBs will be solid, unspectacular and also won't get you to the promised land in today's NFL. TT was fine, just not the complete package. Plus Roman's offense was pretty run heavy, protect the ball, etc. that did not help, plus the WRs at that time were bad.

He already is the best at his position. If he had Andy Reid as his OC, the offense in general would be the best as well.

I wonder if Pegs is checking out a bit to take care of his wife. The guy has all the $$ any 500 people could want, the franchise is a money machine, and solid if not spectacular guys are running it. The one thing money can't buy has perhaps been taken from him, could be stepping aside for a few years. Can't blame him.

Agreed, but Beane wants to keep the team competitive for multiple years, not do a "Rams" and win one SB and then suck for 10 years, so there is a balance.

Yeah not sure I even want to playoff games in WNY in January... Bills prob better on the road in a good weather situation, the way they play the game. Hell, they barely beat the Fins in frostbite conditions and completely bogged down against Cinci in the slop.
