How could you say it's a push. Watson's career completion percentage is 66% and Allens at 56% it's really not close. Watsons averaging over 250 yards per game passing while Allens averaging 184. Just not that close. Not saying it can't get there again but right now on January 2nd it's not close.

Name a position group you’d rather have other than wrs and quarterback? Bills have the better defense. Bills have a better Rb, tight end and offensive line. Hyde is not better than singletary. Also coach? Are you kidding. How many times has that guy been on the chopping block in Houston? McD is a much better coach.

Anyone can vote for anyone. But the stats over the course of the season clearly states one qb is better than the other. On one day someone can be better we’ve seen that. If Allen had the season Watson had this year this team would have probably won the division. 67>58

The question isn’t who is going to end up with better numbers at the end of their career it’s who would you want on Saturday which means who’s the better quarterback right now. And the better quarterback right now is unquestionably Watson. The Bills probably have the better team and I think they have a great chance to win Saturday. If you put Watson on the Bills and Allen on the Texans for the season the Bills would be a touchdown plus favorite over the Texans.

Watson 67% completion 3800 yards passing 26 tds Allen 58% completion 3000 yards passing 20 tds as of right now it’s Watson he’s been consistently better during his career than Allen and it’s not really close. Doesn’t mean Allen won’t get to Watson’s level but as of now he’s not there. If we had Watson playing quarterback for us right now like someone else said we’d be at worst a number 2 seed.

End of posting in this thread after this. Allen needs to be better. The team is winning but this teams passing is 28th in the league. Not good enough. Allen needs to complete more passes and not hold onto the ball as much. Blame play calling. Receivers. Weather. We’re winning. Whatever fanatics do to blindly support whatever. But end of story he needs to Play better if you don’t see it. Then that’s on you. If you think Josh is a top 5 or top 10 quarterback in this league then good for you. He’s not. Sure Trent Dilfer won a super bowl. But that’s the outlier. You typically need a qb playing lights out to win a super bowl. He has the potential to get there. Hopefully he does. Right now he’s not playing well. Time to turn it around.

We did Allen was good that game. He had a high completion percentage and higher than normal yards throwing. Right now he’s had two weeks of crap completion percentage and under 150 yards throwing. That’s not good enough I don’t know where anyone who’s not a bills fan would say that’s good enough. So you consider barely 50% completion percentage and under 159 yards passing great? He’s had Gronk and what really good receivers? One time he had randy moss. He throws to Edelman and Wes welker amendola. These aren’t number 1 guys. They’re number 3 slot guys.

Because at the end of the day it is on the quarterback. He has to know who he’s throwing to. Brady has thrown to nothing basically his entire career. Wentz has no one to throw to. Jimmy G before sanders got there had nothing to throw to except the tight end. Josh isn’t the only one with weird receivers to throw to. He’s just got to be better and a quicker decision maker.

Completion percentage means more. And lately he hasn’t completed nearly enough passes. They are winning sure but not because of Allen. Tre took back an interception to the what 17 yard line and we got 3 points. That’s not going to win you a game in the playoffs.

Josh Allen needs to be better. You can’t keep putting up terrible completion games while throwing under 200 yards and expect people to think you’re a good quarterback. This defense and coaching staff is great. Josh is the only thing that can make this team a super bowl contender. And the way he’s playing right now he is not. Be better Josh and this team can go places.

Rational thought. This defense is outstanding. If the Bills could put together a good offense for 60 minutes. This team could be a bonafide Super Bowl contender. I just wish this teams offense could step up to the plate.

Allen needs to be better plain and simple

No one better blame the refs. They’ve been more than fair and given the Bills plenty of calls.

Way to show up Buffalo. A qb who struggles to complete 50% of his passes and under the 100 yards passing. Just a disappointing game. They need to be ready to come to work Monday morning and get better this is unacceptable.
