  1. there are 50 songs played on a wedding night. the ones you look back on as good are the ones that all the friends know the words to and bond with a sing along. most people don't care about or think about the words in a song. but yeah, its definitely not "THE" wedding song.
  2. I wouldn't do it, but im happy that the people who did it probably had a lot of fun with it, and a lot of people probably got a good laugh out of it. And it's especially important to note that at the same time it made those people happy, Patrick Mahomes almost certainly doesn't care about it even a little bit.
  3. it's okay to comment that it's in bad taste, but if you are emotionally affected by it, you need to take a look in the mirror because that's a you problem. i would agree to call it distasteful, especially when you see the visual. not all things for all people. that's it. carry on.
  4. I like Shannon. He works hard, and does his homework. But man he can come up with some STONE COLD TAKES.
  5. I agree. We all know the intangibles he brings to the table, but the media and outside fans just don't get it. Allen can throw 18 INTs and still be MVP. A lot of us already knew it in his first season when the stats were garbage, and the majority of us knew it in his second season when the stats were just very mediocre. The numbers don't make Josh Allen. I get the feeling people look at the running TD numbers of his and think he is just stealing TDs that other guys on the team would have gotten themselves. Nope. He got those TDs because he is always the best option on the team to score. from goal line to goal line. And I don't expect them to get it. It's something you have to see on a weekly basis to fully understand that nothing he does is a fluke. He's a 1 of 1. Better than a unicorn.
  6. obviously a bit more nuanced than that. but honestly, the top guys might as well all be starting from scratch right now. what happens the next 7 weeks is going to decide it. Allen vs Goff. Bills record vs Ravens record. does mahomes keep his current statistical trajectory or does he beef up his stats with a half dozen vintage Mahomes games.
  7. media narrative often picks the MVP winner
  8. Why can't they show it right after?
  9. and we take for granted the way guys like him find the sticks. how many times in the past did we have guys running routes a yard or two short of the first down. great play all around
  10. I wild each it lol?
  11. Anybody with two brain cells to rub together knew that was the case the whole time. if you know football, you know josh allen is a unicorn.
  12. Cook is really talented, but his value above replacement RBs is severely hampered by all those TDs he drops. If he had sure hands, I'd pay him.
  13. sure. knox is not dropping balls as much this year, and Kincaid is has been less than we hoped for. might move the defensive attention around a little different than we're used to though.
  14. i thought one of the INTs was excusable. sometimes a guy just makes a nice play. the first INT and missed pass to Kincaid were the biggest fails of the game.
  15. Josh overall ended up playing a net positive game. it was just the kind of game that reminds you why he has not won an MVP and very likely never will.
