NFL Week # 16 - Bills at Bears - post game thread
BlazinBill replied to BuffaloBill's topic in The Stadium Wall
I just noticed that Singletary has actually passed Allen and is leading the Bills in Rushing. I for one always think we should use that facet of JA17's game but am also thrilled to see a RB on this team have more rushing yardage then him for once -
I never knew how to feel about this guy - but this year he is definitely beginning to shine and in a time where we are thin at the position based on our rotational style- Best part it's not just sacks and pressures he has batted several balls down including the final play of the Jets game- Would love if he just set the edge a little better

I mean I love Singletary and openly welcome him back at a friendly deal- no one is paying him any crazy money so sure- I absolutely disagree with your take on Cook - do you remember Singletary early in his career? He definitely didn't have the flash that Cook has- Cook has an explosive aspect to him and absolutely is why they drafted him- The concern I do have with him, is can he step up and block when needed. That is huge and a need to be successful in any offense but if he can he's the guy without question. Not sure why your seeing what you are and maybe we just have different takes - definitely cool if we do - I just don't see how you aren't seeing that it factor from him. He has a gear and shiftiness that if Singletary had the Bills wouldn't be constantly be looking to bring more guys in. -

I hope you got to enjoy something today friend because I'm quite certain you didn't enjoy much of that first half- you missed a dominant second half of Bills defense and straight running game - hope your day was great and the rest of your Holiday is as well -

One constant on these boards is Sadly the majority of bills "fans" here are comparable to people who attend a home run derby and say everybody that doesn't wins sucks. -
Haha-Not sure why, but reading this made me instantly remember Aaron Maybin-

I think it might be early to state that- I mean it's bad - he looks awful - maybe being in NYC was just to much pressure and he crumbled and he will turn it around in a different team/system. Side note-Isnt it such a relief that you don't have to break the bank and set your organization back 5 years everytime you draft high and the player just fizzles- I hated that part of the game back in the day

Dawson Knox: Refs made up 15 yard snowball penalty ❄️
BlazinBill replied to Buffalo Dude's topic in The Stadium Wall
Again - I said I didn't like the look or the action and I agree with you but it's also not the worse thing in the world. When I get frustrated with people's actions I often have to remember we're all different and if I am looking for everyone to live a certain way or in a way I find acceptable I'm going to be disappointed alot. There is absolutely nothing wrong with just watching the game and not throwing anything at all, quite honestly it's my preference but if we all did the same thing you would of never eaten a square hamburger either. My take has always been the majority of people are gonna be straight ass clowns I just do my best not to get caught up in it. Enjoy the Holidays and Go Bills Ok thanks for the insight - I never could of imagined that- I honestly feel.like you have opened up my entire life to new possible -

I agree it's not a good look and really wasn't a big fan at all during the game - but do people not remember bottles and batteries being thrown back in the day. It's just a snow ball - that's all- a coach from Miami who wished it was colder and said it's all a mental thing kinda triggered the events that occurred in the stadium and then whines to the refs - mom they are snow balls and some have ice- again a bad look but don't downplay and act all like nothing bothers you and then cry the minute you don't like what it actually means to e I. This area. -
Morse and Basham Out For Chicago Game
BlazinBill replied to Robert James's topic in The Stadium Wall
Gonna have to disagree here. While I understand the logic statement, I'm taking away your saying no way offense can be that good if the line is that bad. This is one of those rare occasions that logic looses and you just have to accept Aliens exist and there is more happening than Logic can explain Josh is that good- period. The dude is straight superman and constantly extends plays. He makes the offensive line look average because he evades and just uses pure will. I feel like outside of Mahomes any QB you stick in this offense would look like Zac Wilson and Zac Wilson in this offense would be one of Mike Whites broken ribs -

After they got blown up in the Superbowl - KC focused on their Online. I really hope we do the same this coming off-season. Can you imagine JA with a consistent pocket to pass from. -

Yeah my biggest concern right now after last weeks horrible tackling display against a team not known for running is dline. I'm just hoping Phillips can play, with being thin at DE as well. I do think Boogie is a complete liability so I'm not even sure he will be missed but AJ doesn't do such a good job with contain. The thought of him and Mike Love on the field as a tandem is scary - and not in a good way. I'm wondering if we play more 3 LB sets. I feel like Klein has been huge in situations in the past. With the Bears style of play and the weather I am choosing to billieve Frazier is going to put some unique personal groupings out there Saturday and will be more than prepared. -
Tampa Police: arrest warrant issued for former Bucs WR Antonio Brown
BlazinBill replied to T&C's topic in The Stadium Wall
Admittedly I didn't read the entire linked article - you are correct that's not sticking and a waste of every ones time- including ours I still hope he gets the help he needs before he melts down and goes off the deep end -
This is the kinda stuff that you really gotta step back and enjoy when the Bills are good let alone the pure legend that we are fortunate enough to be able to watch from week to week Life is so much better when the Bills are good!! And now it looks like the Sabres are actually moving towards getting good as well

I absolutely love in the super hero world although I never bought comics - I will be getting these

No charges is ridiculous - to go out and say we won't charge him and he hasn't even been arrested yet is just straight garbage - I also feel like expecting actual justice from a decaying criminal justice system built on money and privileges is just as ridiculous - For his sake I hope.he just gets the help he so badly needs before something more extreme happens -
Week 16: Bills at Bears on Christmas Eve

Yes we sure are but the 3 games we have lost have more to do with me wearing the JA17 color rush jersey. -

I was August 95- Feb'96 - got super lucky and boot was longer because of a government shutdown and our training was stuck 2.1 day- the first day the could exercise us. Then had another month of training after boot was over- was with the same types - I mean I was cold but so many others were feeling it way worse coming from warmer climates- I still have zero ambitions on ever returning -
Last off-season JA17 had a secret meeting with NFL owners and has agreed to increase fumbles in order to keep the competition close - they really need more back and forth and the other players moms kept complaining that it wasn't fair- there it's out of the bag

Kurt Warner Breakdown of Josh Allen in the Miami Game
BlazinBill replied to JohnRVA's topic in The Stadium Wall
I really don't mind Kurt's take but they are definitely 2 different QB's on how they play and see the field - I attempted to watch it. I just couldn't. I really enjoy breakdowns Chris Simms did alot of last year(unsure if he still does them) Its probably for his straight love for Josh, but felt like he had better takes and was just more enjoyable. And of course Baldy I'm with ya here- I do feel like the responsibility of the offensive coordinator is to design red zone plays that suite your QB- but watching JA extend is amazing but also leaving my defibrillator drained Some quick reads would be nice from time to time
