  1. That 4th down DB sack against Rodgers was a thing of beauty. With 1:46 left.
  2. Wow Denver just took the lead w/ 9+ minutes to go against the Jets 😮let’s go Broncos
  3. Despite what a lot of people say, I think Buffalo has a solid starting roster from top to bottom and great depth w/ no huge drop off. No glaring weaknesses anywhere. Think of the team that broke the drought. Currently, we are more talented. If you swap TT or Ryan Fitzpatrick out for Josh Allen, they would carry the Bills to a respectable 8-9/9-8 record. Rely heavily on the run and play a more aggressive defense. I’ve also never seen Allen “get thrown around like a rag doll.” Especially against the Ravens who we have beat in the playoff and regular season. McDermott always has a great game plan for dual threat QBs. We handled Kyler Murray who is a better passer than Lamar. Lamar Jackson will get his yards + 2 TDs or so, but it’s not going to be a shoot out like the media thinks. The player I am most worried about is Likely. If Buffalo can hold Baltimore to under 20 points they will win convincingly. Ravens defense is a solid unit, but against the pass they are bottom of the barrel. Allen is going to murder them.
  4. Milano is sooo fantastic when he’s healthy. If he wasn’t injury prone he would’ve went down as the GOAT. I am hoping he makes a full recovery and becomes a key cog in our SB run, but TBH the injuries are really starting to get too frequent. A good LB can play into their mid 30s especially those w/ super natural instincts. Hopefully he turns it around like Von (knock on wood.) Def my favorite player along w/ Taron Johnson who is normally Superman, but also out! I want to see this old guard of defensive players who have been here since the beginning of the McD era win a Lombardi.
  5. Shakir is going to have a monster game. 150+ and 2 TDs. Ravens pass defense is among the worst in the league
  6. If the Bills pulled this off, this forum would go nuts. I like the current Bills WRs, but a talent like that can’t be denied. Even at this point of his career. Coleman would also benefit greatly from Hopkins’ mentorship.
  7. It’s a very impressive turn around, but I just can’t feed into the Texans hype. How do you let Sam Darnold and the Vikings drop 34 on you and yet only put up 7 points in return? Especially w/ all that talent on their offense. I think Stroud is going to have a bit of a sophomore slump. You also have to expect some Diggs’ drama if they lose more games like this. Elite? I just don’t see it. They are not a complete enough team.
  8. It’s going to start w/ the big guys. This is the most “push” I’ve seen from a Bills O-Line in quite a long time. Baltimore’s D-line is going to be their biggest test so far. Getting the RBs going EARLY is going to pay huge dividends. Hopefully, Allen won’t have to put on his cape, but it’s a good insurance policy either way. I think Brady will have a nice game plan “cooked” up. This game has massive implications for the AFC as a whole and the #1 seed. Plus, they have the Texans & Jets coming up, 2 more tough AFC matchups.
  9. Beane has been on absolute fire the last couple drafts. I always laugh when people try to claim the Bills are only Josh Allen and a bunch of JAGS. We have talent scattered on all sides of the ball. The only drawback is since losing Diggs, we don’t have any true elite blue chip skill players on offense. James Cook has a chance if he can keep pace for the season. Honestly though, it’s starting to make more sense having a roster full of “really good” players w/ their own unique skill set along with depth with no huge drop off opposed to a couple game wreckers eating a ton of salary cap. Yes, it would be nice to have someone like Justin Jefferson, but If I am going to shell out that type of bread, it’s going to be towards the trenches.
  10. I don’t think the Texans are elite. They are definitely a top 10 team, but not in the category of the Bills, Ravens, 49ers, or Chiefs. Getting destroyed by Sam Darnold and the Vikings certainly didn’t help my opinion.
  11. Mark Andrews is shot. Likely is the one I am far more concerned about. He actually reminds me a ton of Kincaid
  12. I wish I could pay McDermott to clap for me every time I F up
  13. Exactly. Let’s see how Brady does in the playoffs. That’s the only way to get an accurate assessment.
  14. lol I get that this is an off-season thread, but hell to the no. Cook is our best offensive threat not named Allen. We’ve been looking for a good RB since Shady McCoy. Cook has also really improved his receiving game minus that one horrible drop. I like Davis, but he hasn’t shown me much so far. It’s still early in the season. Ty Johnson continues to take advantage of every touch he gets. The guy always seems to net positive yardage in some way.
  15. As ***** as a person Favre turned out to be , he was still a joy to watch in my childhood and his style is very similar to Allen.
  16. Idk as wholesome as Allen is that was definitely a jab
  17. Benford has done everything asked of him and is the McDermott poster child. Buffalo pays their CBs if they are worth it.
  18. Man, this was tough to read 🤣 I did say “if he kept up that pace.” Obviously, he didn’t. Brady’s O seems much more physical and built for longevity. The line play is also the best I’ve seen in the McDermott era, our WRs are even mauling people in the run game. I thought the pass pro would take a hit, but it’s as decent as ever. I’m a huge believer in building from the trenches. Both O and D lines are playing phenomenally which is coincidentally leading to team success. Dorsey DID have to deal w/ the perpetual drama queen Diggs which was probably nothing short of nightmare trying to keep him happy. I also feel like Brady inherited a better roster. Morse older and not physical enough in the run game, Kincaid still very green, Gabe Davis dropping everything, Diggs underperforming drastically, etc. This offense (especially Allen) seem so much more relaxed and dialed in.
  19. And the reason this offense is able to blossom is because of the O-line who seems far more physical. Then he better get those binoculars and find out the Chiefs defensive signals before the next inevitable post-season matchup
  20. My most liked post by a mile , glad there are others. Classy.
  21. Or am I just a weirdo? I don’t like annoying interruptions or dumb commentary from casual fans. I prefer to soak everything in and become fully immersed in the game. I have a whole routine and everything has to be just perfect. It is almost like a religious experience for me. All distractions need to be gone. I want to enjoy the magic of Josh Allen with my giant Bills coffee mug and 420. Done are my going to the stadium totally hammered by half time days. Introverts unite
  22. That was peak Madden. Eddie George, Vick, Faulk are my top 3
  23. Will brick me back to 2003 when Marshall Faulk was on the cover of Madden and that Kurt Warner used to bag groceries
  24. Him and Mahomes actually do have a very similar style.
