Hamlin is as mid as it gets. He’s not a total liability on the field, but he’s definitely not an impact player either. It’s very impressive that he made a full recovery and is back starting on an NFL team. It’s actually an incredible story and Hamlin is a great role model for people to follow. The Bills def need an upgrade at that position at some point, but I’m okay w/ Hamlin as long as he does his job on the field and doesn’t blow coverages.

Von Miller outlook implications from the Cooper trade
ChronicAndKnuckles replied to Chaos's topic in The Stadium Wall
Imagine if Milano, Von Miller, Oliver, Rousseau, Rasul Douglas, and Taron Johnson were all healthy come playoff time. The defense and special teams have continually let this team down every postseason, but I’m most concerned about ST. Bass looks like he’s having an existential crisis every time he lines up for the kick. Beane needs to start thinking of a backup plan FAST bc it can come up and bite them in the ass down the road. Do u know how many games are decided by 3 points? On a different note, that Amari Cooper trade has potential to be massive for this offense. It opens up so many doors just from the attention he will draw alone. I’ve been preaching on this forum about getting a top WR bc of all the draft capital next year and even suggested a 3rd rounder. I was leaning more towards Davante, but after the fact I think Cooper was the better acquisition. He’s 2 years younger I believe and is a player I think will mesh better w/ Josh’s style. The run game has been phenomenal. Ray Davis is the real deal and the fact he did it against the 2nd best defense in the league is very impressive. Cook is definitely going to lose a lot of carries. I hope they find ways to get both on the field at once. And if either are injured, u have another solid player Ty Johnson. I think we have the best RB stable in the NFL. All in all, Beane is continuing to add great talent to this team. I really don’t believe in the whole “rebuild year” crap. Buffalo has the potential to really do some damage, but like you said they need to be relatively healthy. It’s almost like we are cursed. I hope they have their seeding wrapped up and are able to rest some starters for the last game or 2. -
Dawkins is his usual consistent “do-it-all” self. Easily a top 10 LT. Spencer Brown is having his best season as a pro and continues to improve every year. This offensive line has been incredible this year in general. The run blocking has really hit a new level. Those penalties were dumb, but I can’t really find too much to complain about other than that. Edit: I also like that Spencer Brown has adopted the tough guy enforcer role. Between him and Torrence, I’m not sure who I would choose to meet in a dark alleyway

Curtis Samuel out wide please
ChronicAndKnuckles replied to Kingston Bills Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall
It might come to a surprise to people that the QB and WRs are all this gelling together. I don’t think they all will be on the same page until another 4-5 weeks. I am choosing to give them time. Personally, I don’t mind a balanced passing attack. It makes it hard for defenses to know who to key in on. (Here’s a tongue twister. Key in on Keon) -
I still can’t believe there’s people out there who consider him overrated. I am not even being a homer when I say if anything he is extremely underrated. Imagine having the arm of John Elway and the running power of Mike Alstott. Josh Allen is like something created out of a lab. One of the very very few physical draft freaks that actually panned out. Something tells me we’ll be getting this same record being broken by him every year until retirement.

Exactly. Imagine getting the 1st seed and being one and done. He’s an amazing regular season QB and I won’t take that away from him

Yeah, don’t forget the 6 ones that should’ve been intercepted according to Troy Aikman

Week 6, Bills v. Jest, GAME BALLS!
ChronicAndKnuckles replied to Freddie's Dead's topic in The Stadium Wall
Absolutely terrible. It’s going to be a huge talking point in sports media. The refs were out of hand for both sides. Some flags were the correct call and great no call on those Rapp hits, but holy cow it seemed like a penalty every other down. Let them play. -
Week 6, Bills v. Jest, GAME BALLS!

It’s going to be a tough decision when Cook comes back. Both are playing at a very high level. Davis should exclusively 3rd down back as he has more power and better receiving skills than Cook. -
