  1. I'm praying it does. 🙏 I just want him locked in for the next decade. I don't want any BS happening in the mean time like him being low-balled or another team reaching out to him. I'm a paranoid **** by nature. Just get er' done, Beanes!
  2. I mean he didn't HAVE to agree to restructure his deal. How is that not good for the team?
  3. Lol Yeah, you know things are going down hill when you honestly know you could do their job better than them. I should just get a counterfeit journalism degree from the dark web made up for me and start applying for these jobs. Seriously, nobody would even know the difference. It's sad the way Journalism has ended up. Writing to me is an art form 💯
  4. I feel like I'm wasting my time and stating the obvious arguing against this guy's opinion b/c everyone on this forum already know how ridiculous it is. I feel dumb for even giving this guy a view. I wouldn't trade Allen for Aaron Rodgers let alone Dak Prescott lol Actually, there are maybe 4-5 players in the WHOLE NFL I might trade him player-for-player which are Mahomes, Watson, Russell Wilson, Herbert, or Burrow. And that's only if a situation occured where he wanted to leave Buffalo or something and I had to get what I could get for him. Pick-wise it would take about three 1's, two 2s, a mixture of 3-5s, and a Blue Chip player. IDK where the somewhat popular opinion of Josh Allen regressing next year came from and why some fans believe it. He's has done nothing, but trend upwards and increase his #'s every year. Sure, he'll plateau eventually, but I don't see him regressing unless it's by a couple TD's or so. He's guaranteed 10+ TD's rushing, 30+ passing TD's, and 4500-5000 total all purpose yards. He was the BITCOIN of NFL prospects. Bills bought in early and are now reaping the benefits. Who would've thought? 🤔
  5. You sound like a miserable *** person lol calling people's posts "garbage" and saying that they're a troll. It's someone's opinion on a message board, that's what they're for! Some of y'all take this crap wayyy too seriously. It's the off-season. U gonna attack the guy bc his belief doesn't align w/ yours? FYI, U just proceed to make yourself look ignorant. The funny thing is everything you said was opinion-based. You have no clue how Teller would've been developed here unless you invented a time machine that nobody knows about and saw both alternate realities go down. 🤡
  6. Not sure why u got so many negative reactions for this post. The Bills screwed up big time with that trade. Teller would've greatly improved this pathetic run game here. As far as your question, I have no idea.
  7. Below average?! 🤣 Maybe maybeee his 1st year, but the last quarter of the season he was playing as well as anyone. He was a demon in the ground game too which offset some of his passing issues. Again this is probably someone who didn't watch the games, but looked at the box score & stats instead. I'd trust your average Bills fan's evaluation of any Bills player over the average media "expert." But the guy is right that Buffalo lacks a good running back even though they make up for it with one of the best WR corps. Singletary doesn't have any above average traits/skills like catching, blocking, speed, or power. He is pretty mediocre, but I do think he can make a decent change-of-pace runner. As far as Moss, I think he has some good traits. A couple things I like about him is he hits the hole pretty hard (giggity) and he's got some power at 5'9 223 so he certainly has the build to be a work-horse. I think he has the potential to become the next Travis Henry, but that's gotta start with the line. The blocking for both of these backs is inexcusable. Basically Daboll looked at it as a wasted down a lot of the time and opted to throw.
  8. I would say about average. You can do much worse than Kirk Cousins.
  9. Good for Tebow. At least he's still competing and trying in some way. It's never too late and that goes for anything & everything, not just football. To say that he's going to hinder the development of Trevor Lawrence I say to those people "grow up!" These are grown *** men. If anything, it takes away the pressure & spotlight off of him. The guys trying to make an NFL roster as a 31 year old at a new position. It's an uphill battle, the odds are highly stacked against him, but at least he's bulking up & putting in the work. It's not his fault that the media obsesses over his every move. I for one really enjoyed his college and short, but exciting NFL career. There's nothing wrong w/ having faith in your religion or going down on your knee and praying after a touchdown. Christianity is a big part of the lives of many NFL players and I'm not sure why he got so much backlash for it, but that's a whole different thread. Certain people are toxic and enjoy to see other people fail and hope for their downfall. I look at players like Fred Jackson, Rich Gannon, Lorenzo Alexander, Kurt Warner, Warren Moon, Doug Flutie, etc as HUGE inspirations. Most of these guys were well into their 30s before they not only became starters, but Hall of Famers when it was all said & done. The bottom line is if Tim Tebow or even freaking Nate Peterman are still trying to achieve their dreams then I say God bless & good luck. I've always been a huge fan of the guy growing up.
  10. NFL Throwback is definitely one of my favorite YouTube channels. They have a lot of cool older games like the Kelly vs Marino Winter Wonderland duel, Comeback Game, and loads of other great games of that era. The thing I like is they edit them down just to the 15 minutes or so of action so you don't have to devote a whole afternoon to watching one game. The NFL Network used to do something similar so you could catch up on the non-Bills games that you missed that week. IDK why they stopped. Anyways, I think Josh Allen has the best arm in the NFL. People will say Mahomes, but I don't think so. Unless he's lying, Josh has said he's thrown it 87 yards before. My favorite play ever is the game against the Jaguars where he launched the ball to hit Foster in stride for the 75 yard TD w/ 2 defenders draped on him. No offense to Mahomes, but I can't see him making that throw. FYI I had a question about the 90s Bills (I won't pretend to be knowledgeable about that era like some younger fans.) How strong was Jim Kelly's arm in comparison to the rest of the league? Where would you rank him?
  11. The Stevie Johnson drop against the Steelers where Fitz threw the most perfect pass I've ever seen. Then he went on Twitter and blamed God. The game wasn't really that important standings wise, they were already out of the playoffs, but Kyle Williams had one of his best games as a Bill all for nothing.
  12. Great post. Yeah, I never understood why a dude with a background in marketing became a GM. Thank God he was a creep too or else he might still be kicking around the offices.
  13. I just wanted to make the point that it wasn't Buffalo's idea to convert him to TE ultimately saving his career. Speaking of Bills converted tight ends, I can't believe Jason Peters is still playing. Would've been on the Wall and HOFer if the Bills weren't so cheap, but that's a different thread and time.
  14. That's not true. He converted his position to Tight End when he was on the Lions practice squad.
  15. It should be top 100 for THAT SEASON. Past performance should have no effect on where they're rated. Whether they're one year wonders or HOFers shouldn't matter.
  16. That game where they played Cleveland a few years ago is one of my favorite moments in NFL history. He gets crushed by CJ Mosley and severely injures his shoulder on that final drive, gets taken out of the game for a play or 2, then comes back in wincing and holding his arm to throw the game winning TD in the final seconds. The guy's a gamer for sure. Reminds me of Marino in a lot of ways. Both put up monster numbers consistently, but never really had a decent team around them. 5000+ passing yards is hard to do even in this day & age. Needless to say, I'm a huge fan of the guy if u can't already tell lol. I felt like he was given a raw deal going to Detroit. This is why top QB prospects try to have more of a say on where they get drafted. Can you imagine Josh Allen succeeding there? Sure, they had Calvin Johnson, but they never supplied him w/ a good running game, defense, and their coaches sucked. Before Josh Allen came to the Buffalo I was a big advocate for the Bills making a run for Stafford. Regardless, I really hope he succeeds w/ the Rams except when they play the Bills.
  17. Probably. I can always dream.
  18. I think that's definitely a possibility to get to one. Especially w/ the Seahawks and Packers in such turmoil. The Rams can take the NFC. It would be hilarious if Goff ends up winning Detroit the Superbowl though.
  19. 2001, 2010, and 1996 look the strongest to me with a complimentary shout out to 1985 just because Jerry Rice and Andre Reed (I did not know they were from the same draft class.) All in all, I feel like 2014 lived up to the hype for the most part besides Sammy Watkins. What surprised me the most is Marquise Lee. I thought that guy was going to be a stud in the NFL and then Robert Woods, his team mate @ USC ends up being the better player in the end. Thanks for the post. It's so refreshing seeing one that's well-researched and written where you actually walk away learning a thing or two. That type of thing is becoming less & less common on this board.
  20. Off topic, but don't sleep on Stafford. Detroit is a **** organization through and through. The Rams are so stacked & loaded w/ talent on both sides and don't get it twisted, Stafford is superior to Goff and one tough SOB.
  21. Idk. Put me in the minority, but I always thought visors looked cool on players. Makes them look more menacing. In Madden I'd always give my created player a visor. I believe Vick wore one for the Falcons. Cam Newton as well.
  22. Good bc he's easily the weakest link out every starter on that offense. He's had a couple flashy plays in his time here, but the production is pathetic especially in a high-powered offense like the Bills. I hate using stupid clichés, but it's clearly a make or break season for him. A great TE could elevate this offense to a different stratosphere. Imagine if Allen had someone like Antonio Gates.
  23. I think he knows this himself. Hopefully it'll light a fire under him knowing that his career his on the line. I actually think he could be a dark horse this season.
  24. The playoff game against the Ravens really gave me a lot of hope. It was hands down his best game as a pro. He was huge against the run and a key factor in Buffalo winning. All in all, I'm 50/50 on the guy panning out. It really comes down to him staying healthy and not going down the Torrell Troup route. He's a likeable guy and I'm rooting for him. I think certain Bills fans put too much pressure on him thinking he's gonna be the next Kyle Williams.
