A better player than TO? Are you kidding me? Have you seen TO's career stats? He has a longggg time to go before he comes close to touching those numbers and TO half of it before all these ridiculous new rules.

Eli Manning is finished. This guy gets more excuses than Tyrod did. Missing wide open receivers, rushing throws, and just looking extremely uncomfortable. If any of the Quarterbacks drafted in 2018 after Baker Mayfield end up being great then the Giants front office has a lot to answer for. As explosive as Barkley is I don't think they should've drafted a RB number 2 overall. I'm not a fan of any RB really going that high. McAdoo would've done the right thing benching Eli last year if it was for anybody other than Geno Smith.

Run Blocking vs Titans - all 22
ChronicAndKnuckles replied to Hapless Bills Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Finding out Ducasse and Bodine have issues with cut blocking and pinpulling? I would never know that unless I studied the all 22 so that's new information "divulged" for me at least. Like I said I think they can pull of the dink & dunk routine if Allen is able to hit one over the top of the defense a couple times a game and keep them good n honest. -
Deshaun Watson chest injury

Hit 'em early and hit 'em hard. Get Watson uncomfortable in the pocket and make him rush his throws. Do everything the legal way and square the shoulders, a RTP or 2 only if absolutely necessary. -
Look for Hughes and Murphy to come up big.

I agree. I think the defense is going to keep surprising people. Watson is not all the way 100% and if they can keep hitting him even if they have to sacrifice a 'roughing the passer' or 2 then go for it. It's a messed up way of thinking, but I want the Bills to win damn it.... -
Run Blocking vs Titans - all 22

It's pretty cool that you can divulge that info by watching the all-22. Do you have coaching exp by any chance? IMO as long as they get the win then I don't care if they go back to the wish bone and run it 90% of the time. The better Allen gets, the more that ratio should even out, but for now if it's working then why not? They just have to keep the score close. At the very least I think they should stick w/ that game plan heading into Houston. Watson has 300+ passing yards in his last 4 games and their best bet is to keep him off the field as much as possible. We all saw what happened when we tried unleashing Allen against Greenbay. -
How often do "project" quarterbacks work out?
ChronicAndKnuckles replied to Klaista2k's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The offense alone that Cam played at Auburn was a one read, run first type that made him a project though. Would he be able to translate to pro style? His measurables and mechanics were always top notch and never questioned from what I can remember. Cam has been a winner everywhere -

What the heck happened w/ Allen? He fits the "lack of production + physical skills" mold and was still unanimously viewed as a top 5 pick unlike a ton of QB's cut from the same cloth and yet they were all graded much lower. Bad pocket presence in college, accuracy was not good. Of course I support him 100% , but I've always wondered what made him any different than EJ Manuel in the eyes of the experts. -

Guys with TONS of production in college can also be project QB's in my opinion. Colt Brennan comes to mind. What about QB's that come from the projects. Do they count as project QBs? -

I'm actually arguing w/ another guy in a different thread about how we should of grabbed Moore over Anderson precisely because of all those beatings he threw the Bills. Tannehill worries me about as much as a common cold, Brady is Ebola. EDIT: You're right. I never knew Tanny started out as a quarterback. I always thought he was converted. -
This is the game that the Patriots ALWAYS win. The first quarter-of-the-season hot shot team comes into Foxborough and ends up getting beaten soundly. We've seen it every year, folks. I'll obviously be hoping KC can pull one out for the Bills sake, but my gut tells me NE takes care of business as they always do. One can only hope, but I doubt it.

On one hand I don't want them to rush him, but on the other hand with Watson passing for 300+ yards in every game this season I think they're going to need him, although they did fare pretty well without Hyde last game. Texans are on a 2 game streak. I feel like the Bills can come in and beat them on the road if the defense keeps firing full speed. It'll be their statement to the NFL.
