I think this team has enough talent to execute a flawless & balanced approach w/ 2 minutes and 3 timeouts. Will Allen have to put on the cape ? No, but he will have to make the proper & accurate throws when they present themselves. With the way the offense is constructed now, it’s not going to be a back & forth fiasco like the divisional game a few years back. I expect the Bills to methodically pound the rock, short throws with big YAC, and Allen will have to be dialed in when in the red zone to make the TD throw/run. Unlike the past, there will be no time on the clock for the Chiefs to pull of any miracles. That’s the biggest benefit to this offense. Controlling the clock. That’s huge when the Bills/Chiefs rivalry typically comes down to who has the last possession.

I hate how QBs are measured in championships. You put Allen on some of those stacked SB teams and he surely would’ve had a couple rings by now. On an even playing field with the same exact resources I still think the best QB is Dan Marino. Maybe that’s blasphemy on a Bills board, but whatever. 5000+ yards and nearly 50 TDs in 1984 is the most insane sports statistic I’ve ever seen other than Wilt Chamberlain’s 100 point game.

The point was a much older player had the same surgery and went on to play multiple years of meaningful football.

He’s 26 years old. Only has one full starting season (last year) which was his highest sack total (6.) He was definitely trending upwards. Now we’ll probably never know.

Nah, that’s just the Chiefs. They are like every classic horror movie villain. You have to kill them multiple times. Putting all of the past Kansas City drama aside, it was a great win for the standings. I feel like Buffalo secured their postseason hopes. 6-2 is so much better than 5-3. We really need the Patriots to drop a couple, but I’m not so sure anymore. Their schedule is a joke.

Notice the difference between Hairston and Elam’s rookie seasons. You barely heard Hairston name all day unless he was making play.

As one of the few optimists on this board I feel pretty validated. I knew this game would come down to a big turnover by Mahomes as he seems to be good for one a game. What an absolute team win.

Win or lose, I am thoroughly impressed with this defense. Bishop, Bosa, Walker, Hairston, Hoecht, and Benford (minus a couple bad receptions) have been PHENOMENAL.

Why is Kelce unaccounted for ?
