As ***** as it is to not have a SB, i’m personally enjoying being a yearly contender. We just made the AFCC last season and our regular season trajectory looks surprisingly similar to then. Have faith. We know the team can put up amazing efforts. We just need to have a few of those when it matters most. Allen/Cook/Bishop are all elite players that give us a legit shot. The ultimate X-factor is Big Ed’s availability at the end of the year. So much can happen. Injuries, suspensions, arrests, etc. People throwing in the towel so early. The Steelers and Bengals are very winnable. McDermott’s knows how to play pocket QBs. Please have faith, Bills fans.

This team is soft as butter. The strength & conditioning team/trainers/whoever have done a p*ss poor job year in & year out. My job would can me right away if i routinely displayed these results. IDC that the defense is smaller. The 2002 Tampa D had a lot of undersized players too and never had near the injury problems. Manning’s Colts defenses were on the smaller side too especially on the D-line and i can’t recall these kinds of issues either. (and the game was twice as violent as it is now. Explain that one.) Screw character… the focal point in the draft should be iron men who aren’t calling in sick constantly. If you aren’t on the field then you’re worth nothing to the team. Actually, you’re robbing another player of a contract that could’ve been given to them.

The Bills WILL make the playoffs. If they flub an 84% chance then i just don’t know anymore, but i highly doubt they miss them outright. If we can somehow get Oliver back by the 2nd round then the Bills have a legit shot (assuming we also have Kincaid back.) I’m holding out for a magical playoff run. The team IS talented enough IF firing on all cylinders with a SOLID OFF/DEF GAMEPLAN. We’ve seen crazier things happen in sports.

Because of the odds. 84% I would put up every cent i have to bet on them getting in because of the math alone. There are major flaws on almost every AFC team. It really depends who gets hot and healthy at the right time.

Who cares… I want his jersey retired as a Bill along with a SB win. I could care less about Wyoming retiring a QB with a sub 60 completion percentage who had to be completely broken down and rebuilt in Buffalo.

We have the Temu Greg Roman in Joe Brady. Daboll would instantly transform this offense into a competent passing out. I miss those big chunk plays. And with James Cook to work with, i bet he could make an even bigger impact than the first time around.

Exactly. The defense has been wrongfully scapegoated for this loss. A top tier NFL offense should be able to muster a couple offensive TDs per half. There were plays to be made, but i guess that makes me a monday morning armchair QB to point that out according to some people. Brady is the problem. He has enough to work with to have a competent passing game and can’t get it done. Daboll should be hired immediately

Silver lining is Cook ran for over 100. Defense did have some good stop in the 4th to at least give the offense a chance to win. Cole Bishop remains the best player on the defense. Bosa is still healthy. IdK

Allen is being coached to take what the defense gives him, but the down side to that is he is missing the downfield stuff. Maybe you should look at the specific play I am talking about before making comments.
